The Stud, the CR, the Golf guy- Anshumali has shown throughout the last two years what sincerity and dedication mean. He is a responsible guy, who effortlessly manages fun, bakar, academics and other responsibilities. I share his love for old Hindi songs, and even in the first year, he was a guy who would sleep by 12. Wish you all the very best in life!
The “King of Hypocrisy” is what I used to call him because his idealistic ideas and thoughts were always in conflict with the materialistic and opportunist world. He would grasp things very quickly and I never saw hum studying but he would always get good grades. The only person in the batch who would put himself in all activities in campus. Be it the Golf Cup, Suscon, boring sessions in the Audi, midnight parties, bonfire, movie screening you could find him everywhere. It once so happened that there was a movie screening just before the exams and just two people were there, he was one of them.
He was the guy to whom all requests for deferring assignments and pushing deadlines were directed too and the faulty would never turn down his request. His close association and influence at the PGP office gave him the title of “Parallel PGP”. People would approach him with authority and confidence as if he was officially the guy who had links with the teachers and the PGP office.
I have always seen him achieve more and more, be it being the topper in the first semester, CR, getting into StudC, Campus champion, organizing the Golf Cup, GIRC. He has always been a source of inspiration and knowledge to me. I always wondered how he could finish every task be it studies or anything else so quickly and efficiently.
He is the person with whom I have spent the most time at IIMS. I have learnt a lot from him as he had so much to share always. He showed me that nothing in life is impossible and you can always find the time for things you love and cherish.
“Nothing goes waste in this world, for it is just the journey not the destination.”
He is a cheater because he seems to have mastered the art to cheat on his true age :) Young at heart he is one of the guys who has shown what commitment to responsibilities actually means. The GIRC wizard of our college…I am sure you are set for wonderful things in life. But Dear Batch rep…we would have done with some lesser classes in barracks :)All the very best !!
Anshu, the face of IIM Shillong student . More than our honourable director, he has been running the Public Conferences pertaining to IIM Shillong. He seems to have mastered the art of taking the bull by horns. You tell him the challenge and he is ready with the solution. Really amazing capability of managing each and every show. Perfect CEO material of our batch. Never braggs about his accomplishments ( which have grown beyond his CV can accomodate) and always so modest about his acheivements. Wish you great success in your life.
The Stud, The Parallel PGP, The Golf Man, The GIRC guy and a never-ending list is what Anshumali Jha is all about. Mr. Jha is the most ethical animal you would find in the present world and is a rare to see such a guy doing the most unethical course of the world. This guy has and would never get polluted with all the world's cruelty. He is a man with a golden heart and you would always find him taking more and bigger responsibilities. Anshu would be one of those rare commodities who would praise each and every aspect of IIM-S and would come forward to any person with any kind of random help. One word to portray Anshu is his 'Never Say Die' attitude to whatever he does. This guy is so passionate about everything that he would forget all the acads which goes on and would get his hands dirty.
I do take some responsibility of defaming Anshu when I have got high and I donot regret a bit of pulling his leg at any opportune occasion I can get. I remember me and Vivek would always question his Random Ethical Theories and make him realise about the cruel outside world. But never ever find him change....his heart is simple and down-to-earth. Yeah he can have a bit of weakness towards the opposite sex even if he has passed his youth [;)]. I can say, I have found a true friend and i have been lucky to have worked with this guy in everything what the Studs do at IIMS. Be it Golf, Suscon, Toastmasters, Parties, Shouting at random people and Footsteps - these would be the most memorable moments. Coming to academics, I would say he is a big cheat....truly...i never find him studying, but he is so intelligent that he would crack all the toughies and get excellent grades. He is surely a leader and a true person. I wish him all the best in his future and I always pray that he gets the best in his life- be it a career or a partner.
Anshu Bhai.. not just yet another member among the senior citizens, he was one of the most respected resident of the C-Wing (Rightist) family. An all rounder who left his everlasting marks in every field he entered, be his parallel PGP endeavors, TBLA campus champion, GIRC or Stud C. Can't forget his frustration and his repeated requests to other participants to submit the BRM assignment in the prescribed naming format. I personally thank him for supporting me whole heartedly in my adventures (can't think of a better word) with the room in front of me :P Wish you all the luck for the future... waakai, maan gaye!! Aapki paarkhi nazar aur Nirma Super :P
Anshu...respect is what I feel for this person in true senses. Got the oppurtunity to work with him for a few assignments and projects, and trust me I learnt a lot from him. Be it his dedication, the way he used to calm me down during the CRM project saying that'arrey don't worry, sab time pe ho jayega'. This one sentence was just enough to bring back my confidence and we did complete everything on time. He is a perfectionist and would collect and present the best of data and facts for any assignment and project. The best CR, he is a responsible guy and actually stands apart in a crowd because of his humility and urge to help others. I hope you are still the same person many years down the line and I am sure success will just kiss your feet. All the best!
Anshu or Parallel PGP or Kaka ji …naam mein kya rakha hai bhai..yeh to yaaron ka yaar hai..most respected, sincere, calm ,“ETHICAL” (even I have a doubt :P) , humble and down-to-earth friend of mine. He has been part of all the activities in the college and never says no for anything. He is also expert in Bakar and giving Gyaan free of cost [;)]
He is extremely talented and is the proud member of GIRC team and also the Campus Champion. He is very responsible and always gives 100% to whatever role he was given to perform, be it CR, Stud C, Golf Tournament to name a few.Don’t go by his looks he is very witty..i hardly saw him study for exams and still managed to be in Top 10. He is just a little shy in front of gals to express his true feelings…bhai shaadhi ki umar ho gaye hai, ab dil ke armaan tu bahar nikalo [:P]
I have never seen anyone so much passionate for old hindi movies as he is. He is quite emotional and has a very pure heart. I sometimes envy him because he looks younger than me [:(] even after being the most experienced person in the batch. We have teased you a lot but no matter what I say you are one of the few person with whom I have shared most of the things here in college. BTW Nadal is better than Roger Federer 18-9, stats tell the story [:)]
Anshu, I always believe that life cannot be judged by short term results so never lose hope as I know you are bound to reach greater heights because you have the right attitude for it. Take these words of mine. All the best for future endeavors and never forget this friend of urs (jaise bhi hai dil ka saaf hai)
Anshu .. a person so composed and calm cannot be found even if u travel to the other end of this planet … a perfect CR and a Stud C member … he is like the big daddy of our batch .. has shown utmost maturity even in the craziest of situations .. I always look up to him for his calmness and composure… really a content person and you will never see him complain about anything.. always sees a silver lining in every dark cloud .. .. I jus love those moral stories u used to give us every time we faced a crisis as stud c … he is truly a saintly figure and a child at heart :) Yes Anshu our religion and mythology sessions are pending .. looking forward to having a nice interaction …. I am sure ur composure will help u cross every storm in life without any hassle .. wish u all success :)
anshu..accommodates all the activities to the best of his ability... CR of the class..never gets irritated answering enormous number of queries...GIRC champion...ready to help any time... all the best :)
A sincere and dedicated person whom I would not have known had it not been for GIRC.. He possess the unique art of dealing with anybody and everybody.. A CR, StudC member, Golf Cup Secy, this guy can always be seen doing something or other for the batch.. I am sure u’ll achieve great heights.. May u get all the success u deserve.. All the very best Anshu :)
Anshu is a down to Earth, responsible, mature, understanding, selfless, smart, diligent, proactive and cool headed person. One can swear by his ethicality and he can surely write a treatise on how to manage time and events. Events like Golf Cup, Suscon and Tata BLA have been a huge success due to his persistent efforts. His useful contribution made IIM S proud by winning the National round of GIRC for the second consecutive year! Be it the responsibility of TBLA Campus Champion, Stud C, CR or carrying out Group work he handles everything effortlessly. Our study group meetings were sheer fun owing to the amazing talks of Anshu , Hemant, Nikhil and Vani. Wish you all the luck for GIRC and the other events of life :) Stay connected !
Dearest Kaka. As calm as a cucumber. Perhaps one of the biggest assets of the batch. Someone you can count upon. Anshu bhai, thanks for being there always. Has a core family and an extended family to which I belong. He ran a parallel PGP on his small laptop. Learnt a lot from you brother. Thanks always. Keep smiling.
Anshu....I think one word that best describe him is respect, respect and respect. A person with golden heart who is ready to help you in any situation. He is a true leader who never left his colleagues in middle of problem. We spent some of the wonderful moments at Kopda cup when he always tried to cal me before my innings so that I will stay at crease for longer time.....
I am sure that one day anshu bhai will gain name and fame not only in the professional world but also in the whole world. Keep the same attitude bro...:):)
Calm, composed and thoughtful... Nothing in my opinion can describe you best. I've seen you come out of toughest of times without losing your patience. May God bless you with loads and loads of happiness :) Keep smiling humesha :) Miss me :P
This is one guy who has literally done it all. Be it Stud C or the Campus Champion for TBLA or building the bridge between the faculty and the whims of the students. He also knows how it is to be the class topper.
He is one of the most composed guys in the batch and I don't remember seeing him ever lose his temper in the time we've spent together in Shillong. He is extremely hardworking and often leaves everyone flummoxed about how and when he got his work done.
Your awesome attitude towards life and towards your work is sure to take you places.
Respect .. that's what comes to your mind when you think of him. As we often refer to him, the 'Team Leader' of Group-A he is. Someone who not only talks of ideals, but practices them as well. Always helpful, he tries to find the middle path and is the best person to resolve a conflict.
A modified version of an old proverb for him: Master of all trades and jack of none. I am not sure how he manages so many things simultaneously. It was worth working with him for GIRC. Looking forward to HK trip with you :)
Really humble person but a genius. Awards and achievements will fall short of defining his true capabilities. Face of PGP10 and a perfect Batch Representative- he managed his duties like his daily worship.
Maintain this attitude always towards life bhai. Keep Smiling Always :)
The first thing that comes in mind for him is “Respect”. This favourite student of most of the Professors here, also called as the “Parallel PGP” can be found involved in all the activities happening on the campus even including the most boring sessions. A very down to earth and an idealistic person it is very difficult tell that he is a “US returned”. A lover of old hindi movies and old hindi songs, I always tease him saying “apne zamane ki movies zyada passand hain” :P. For a person who has a lot of interest in finance, is a GIRC champ, it was really nice to see him studying and doing assignments of subjects like CRM, Services with equal enthusiasm. He belongs to that rare set of people who have excelled both in academics and extracurricular. This Campus champion has held many positions of responsibilities including the Student council, CR, Golf Committee, etc. a very hardworking person, I have seen him working dedicatedly for each of these tasks. Another thing worth mentioning is his love for chicken and his great attempts finish his share of chicken whenever we used to go out. ATB!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Anshumali, for bearing CR responsibilities for the past two years, you did a great job and were always proactive. With your experience and enthusiasm, I am sure you will have a great career. All the best !
A responsible and hard-working personality. Personally I have learnt quite a lot from him as a person. Have been involved in his leg pulling on numerous occasion in first year alongwith Anand and Nikhil. However, he never got irritated and always kept a smiling face.
It was fun to have a parallel PGP office member in your group. Perhaps, may be sometimes we were given that additional time benefit (may be :P)…Working along with you during golf cup and suscon revealed many facets of your personality which otherwise I would have not known. Also, the inspiring quotes you kept writing on the white chart in your room inspired me on lot many occasions.
Lastly, do let me know in case you require number of ******* Jha :P. Will try my level best to arrange it for you through my resources :)
Best of luck for your future…Hope to visit you soon @ Darbhanga :)
Trust-worthy. Calm. Tries to be a "Womaniser" but tht sometimes does no translate into action. An aged guy whose actions tell the opposite. Extremely helpful and a responsible guy on whom you can bank upon with anything and everything. "Myself Anshumali Jha", it was pleasure working with you!
He is an immense personality. I already feel like I am writing the testimonial of Prime Minister of India. Even though he is quite aged and old, he has managed to attract the attention and love of young maidens. He is very shy, of course. He has been delaying the calls for Date by many for quite some time. Anshu! Please Don't break their hearts.
Jokes apart, he is quite a gentleman. Loved by professors and admired by students. He has inculcated in himself, the attributes of a great leader through practice and concern for others. He is a moral idealist, quite like myself, the result of which was that we had numerous discussions on pretty insane issues, which I will cherish all my life.
He is the friend of friends. Quite emotional at times and yet fun loving too. Never hesitates to pull somebody's legs - I have been on the receiving end quite sometimes - and yet possesses a profound understanding of the intricate situations. He has a remarkable quality of striking a chord with people like autowalas, cab drivers, etc. - partners in journey. If anything, they show his attachment to the roots.
Anshu! We, your friends have never doubted your ability. We know that you will reach the heights you deserve wherever you will go. All the best!
Whatever I write about Anshu will never suffice. To me, he has always been the eldest one in our group, whom I can go to for guidance at any time. Despite the huge difference in our age (I’m sure u will be annoyed by this anshu :P) ,I was only reminded about it during the intellectual conversations he had with Anurag or when it came to learning from experiences of life. Apart from these instances, he has been one of my closest friends.
As the Parallel PGP for the entire batch, or the senior most Stud, Anshu has always been the face of PGP10. The most ethical person in this world, he is probably the only one to learn absolutely nothing from the MBA experience whatsoever :P And when it comes to doing the right thing, there is absolutely no one who can talk him out of it….One of the most modest and humble people I have ever known….The most intelligent member of our ‘family’, he managed to score the highest GPA among all of us. The only person who managed to be a part of all the bakar that we did in class, yet effortlessly register every word spoken by the professors at the same time. And this was a big help to us on the night before the fin end-term exams, for he would have to forego his own revision and sit with us and patiently explain the basic concepts over and over again…. His achievements as a member of the GIRC team and as the Campus Champion of TBLA only added to the list of reasons why we were and will always be so proud of him….
Extremely emotional at heart, Anshu is a friend as good as one can get. I still remember his tearful vidaai at the end of the third term. I don’t even remember how it all started, but that night, as all the ceremonies of this bride’s vidai were performed and the doli was carried till the car, Anshu was so overwhelmed by it all… He was a completely different person then, who seemed to have suddenly realised his place in all our hearts…
Anshu and I have shared a unique bond over these two years. Always ready to supply old hindi movies or play my favourite songs for me, he has always been there when I needed him. I have learnt a lot from him in these two years: be it the sincerity, readiness to take initiatives or simply doing things for others, but I know I have a long way to go. Becoming someone as idealistic and pure as you is a big challenge in this practical world…
In the end, I would just like to say this Anshu…I just know that success will find you on your journey to excellence. Just remain the way you are and the world will be yours :) Wish you all the happiness and success… always :) :)
PS: I totally agree with Vivek on the hypocrisy aspect :P :P
I decided to write Anshu's testimonial at the end for unknown reasons. There was something in my head which said you need to give a good amount of thinking before you start writing about him. And that was all because of the respect I have for him (which I never show owing to the kind of friendship we share).
Going through the various testimonials I came across various adjectives that can be used to describe a person but I failed to gather something that can describe his greatness. I find many people good and nice, but he is the only person whom I can call GREAT. I cant call him a gem because I feel value of gems and diamonds are just like stones if on the other side you keep this man.
When I first came to this college, I was very afraid to talk to the experienced people because I though my immaturity in front of them would give a very bad impression about me. I always thought the people with 3+ years experience would never accept me in their company because I would never be able to match their thinking levels. And unbelievably here I am being the best of friends (spending almost every moment) with the most experienced guy of our batch :) :) All thanks to him for breaking all my misconceptions :)
Many people would talk many things about his achievements at campus because they are known to everyone. He has been THE CR of our batch. He surpassed all duties of a CR to be adequately named "Parallel PGP". So much was his dedication towards this job and more than that, his style of handling situations did not make him command a lot of respect from the entire batch but also the teachers. I still dont know how many google groups is he the administrator of?? Only thing we knew was if Anshu decides to get anything done from PGP, it would be done. And his actual reach into PGP came to the forefront when the newly appointed Dean called him for advice on the smallest of decisions by the PGP.
I have had the maximum number of discussions with this person. And I need to admit that my level of thinking increased leaps and bounds after interacting with him. We have had discussions on politics, career, girls, relationships, friendship, India, USA, current generation, old hindi movies, hindi songs and what not under the sun. We almost share contradictory views on every topic but at the end of every discussion one of us does convince other everytime. And the best part is with the highest number of random discussions with him, the number of arguments is the least with him.
He is a complete idealistic person(In UP slang we would say "Harishchandra ki aulaad hai ye"). He has his own set of beliefs and ethics which certainly he follows to the maximum possible limit sometimes crossing the line of practicality. I personally do not like him follow his ideals everytime but at the same time I respect him the most for the same. He might be called a hypocrite by us a lot of times but I guess that happens due to his desperation to strike balance between maintaining his ideals and making his friends happy.
He was one of the most expected members to get into the StudC and rightly so, he deserved it the most. He gave the Council a foundation on which all others based their thoughts. In every meeting, he would patiently listen to everyone's thoughts and retaliations and at the end take his chance to summarise everything and give the best possible solution to everything when he got the chance. He was the one who maintained the definition of "Council" and was totally against it working as a " Union" and I guess that maintained the sanctity of it. When he was assigned the coordinator duty for Golf Cup Season - 4, we decided to make sure that whatever may happen this year, we shall make sure that no one could take out any flaw in the Council's work. And under his guidance we successfully managed to do that and with so much ease, that the night before the Golf Cup, both of us spent two hours only trying to remember what we missed because we were not able to believe the good position we were in. He was always the counter for my aggression and nullified its affect by his humbleness and calmness whenever required. Though he had his own moments of anger and irritation, but I am happy that they were there as these were the only times I felt that I am friends with a normal person and not some avatar of some God on earth. The satisfaction and emotions of doing a successful job after months of planning was easily seen when his eyes became wet while giving the vote of thanks.
Our team 5/0 which we formed for competitions has a real good average result with we participating in two events, one in which we were called for the campus round and other, the online simulation event where we ended up in the top 5 teams. We should really have continued to take up a few more of them to generate a few more CV points. :)
Talking about his academics, he has been the topper in true spirits because he did so without studying and I mean it. It was not just the first year when we had the same subjects, but also in the second year when he had the toughest of all electives, this guy was never seen studying. Whenever I used to see Rajat or Vivek studying so hard, I used to ask him "Tere ko nahin padhna??" and he always answered me "Kya padhein yaar, sab to aata hi hai". I never understood how he could know everything just by listening to the class. Although "getting involved in nonsense activities" did affect his academics to a much extent, otherwise he could have given the toppers of PGP'10 a run for the gold. His academic consistency was truly rewarded when he was selected for being a part of the team going for GIRC and rightly so, as the team did prove themselves by winning the two rounds and going for the Asia Pacific round at Hong Kong. i am sure they would excel their too and Anshu will get a chance to go back to his home of two years, thh United States of America. :))
Though a very decent looking and simple person from outside, he has had his own adventures with the fairer sex. Even before coming to IIM Shillong, this guy was a master of understanding though processes in a relationship. And the day I tried to play pranks with him, he took the opportunity and played along with it. Although I am the one who is "Badnaam" when it comes to girls, he surpassed him totally in terms of going to dates, singing songs in bdays and what not. But jokes apart, whats the main thing to note during all these incidents was his unbelievable attitude towards such things. he was always sporting enough to agree to everything what others forced him to do, always kept the smile on his face, never got angry and at the same time maintained every level of courtesy and respect for the girl. Never did he appear taking his own chances even when he had the best of opportunities. Awesome spirit Bhai :)
Anshu has been like a brother to me, one person who got into my life with so much ease and became the indispensable part of it. Inspite of our age difference, I have had rthe best of conversations with him and he has never minded my tone or way of talking to him which in no way is close to one generally used between people with this age difference. I really cherish our friendship and am sure it has to go a long way in the future :) :)
When I think about Anshu bhai, the one word that comes to my mind is 'Respect'. And i am sure its not only true in my case but most of batchmates and maybe even professors. Wishing you success in life Anshu bhai!!!
Anshu Bhai...is one of the most respectable and responsible people in PGP'10.....he slogged hard for the Golf Cup.....we could count on him for anything in GIRC...he was one of the best and most responsible CRs....a very hardworking and sincere person, he always wants to change things for better... All the very best to you and hope that you achieve whatever you want in life..:)
Anshu bhai is a complete package and probably the most busy person of our batch...he has managed plethora of activities be it the golf cup or the GIRC with sincerity and dignity and in doing all these has done extremely well in acads as well.
Great things are store for you in the near future...all the best and stay connected.
Anshu, an all rounder, whose achievements and credentials can really amaze a person … I still wonder how can he handle so many activities at a time… CR, campus champion, GIRC winner, among toppers, parallel pgp, teachers favorite (Nalini Maam’s Onshu :P)…. and list goes on…. He truly has the capability of adapting himself according to the requirement… At one hand, he acts much younger when he is with us, trying to make us laugh with his actions and comments… But on other hand, he is mature enough to run a parallel PGP (atleast much efficiently than current office holders :P) Known as “Ethics ki dukaan” for his philosophies and gyaan … but m totally unable to understand all his gyaan (may be this is due to age gap :P) Over enthusiastic about old hindi movies and songs… he possesses an exclusive collection of old hindi songs u might not get from anyone else…. His unique reactions when someone including me pulls his leg (especially by the name of some girl) are worth watching :P …….. His room is the perfect target for any of “our family’s” birthday night parties :) His advices have really been helpful… Especially when I used to ask him one day before the finance exams about the important things to study…. And ofcourse I appreciate his contribution in inspiring me to appear for Manipal technologies which ultimately gave me my much awaited placement offer…. :) Just be the way u r and u surely will achieve great heights in future… :)
I came to know of Anshu from others as someone who was the most experienced person of the batch and who had even stayed in US for last 2 years.. And my reaction was why would someone want to come back from US and then join IIM Shillong on top of that.. Little did I know that I would be soon enrolling myself into his school of thoughts where I would be getting answers to not only this question but many more stupid questions of mine that were to come. I sometimes really doubt if he has worked for 5 years, even now he still has this ability to study and I always used to wonder that how can you feel like studying when you are not a fresher.. The strangest part is that you will not even see him sitting with books and studying but still he will know everything!! No wonder he was an angel for every prof here and most of all, our very own Nalini who will go mad once he passes out.. His knowledge goes beyond studies, be it history, geography, mythology, movies, for which he keeps teasing me.. He has this very strong opinions about whatever is going in the Indian politics,.. And his discussions with Anurag of the same are just phenomenal and so damn entertaining.. Whenever I see them fight, I feel it’s not Anshu and Anurag but an old couple fighting over a badly cooked meal :P Anshu may have run a parallel PGP, he may have acted like the eldest one amongst us, but we all knew that he had a small kid hidden inside him that also wanted to have fun and did have his own quota of fun;)..Today’s day will be marked in history as Anshu redefines having fun, he will be having his first sip of liquor today ;).. He has been my guide & my philosopher.. There is one thing that Anshu might not agree upon, that he is one person whose thoughts and ideology, I have always agreed with.. The only problem is that for a person like me, it has been slightly difficult to implement what he says.. Only people of his intellect and calibre can work on such principles.. But I am very sure, with due persistence from my side, one day I will be able to do so :) and that would be a day when I would have achieved something :).. Anshu, you are truly a man of ethics and just be like that… Success will be all yours!! And do continue showering your blessings on people like me :)
The Stud, the CR, the Golf guy- Anshumali has shown throughout the last two years what sincerity and dedication mean. He is a responsible guy, who effortlessly manages fun, bakar, academics and other responsibilities.
I personally thank him for supporting me whole heartedly in my adventures (can't think of a better word) with the room in front of me :P
ReplyDeleteWish you all the luck for the future... waakai, maan gaye!!
ReplyDeleteAnshu or Parallel PGP or Kaka ji …naam mein kya rakha hai bhai..yeh to yaaron ka yaar hai..most respected, sincere, calm ,“ETHICAL” (even I have a doubt :P) , humble and down-to-earth friend of mine. He has been part of all the activities in the college and never says no for anything. He is also expert in Bakar and giving Gyaan free of cost [;)]
ReplyDeleteHe is extremely talented and is the proud member of GIRC team and also the Campus Champion.
Cheers!! (hope you fulfill this wish of mine)
Anshu .. a person so composed and calm cannot be found even if u travel to the other end of this planet … a perfect CR and a Stud C member … he is like the big daddy of our batch .. has shown utmost maturity even in the craziest of situations .. I always look up to him for his calmness and composure… really a content person and you will never see him complain about anything.. always sees a silver lining in every dark cloud .. .. I jus love those moral stories u used to give us every time we faced a crisis as stud c … he is truly a saintly figure and a child at heart :)
ReplyDeleteYes Anshu our religion and mythology sessions are pending .. looking forward to having a nice interaction …. I am sure ur composure will help u cross every storm in life without any hassle .. wish u all success :)
anshu..accommodates all the activities to the best of his ability... CR of the class..never gets irritated answering enormous number of queries...GIRC champion...ready to help any time... all the best :)
ReplyDeleteA sincere and dedicated person whom I would not have known had it not been for GIRC.. He possess the unique art of dealing with anybody and everybody.. A CR, StudC member, Golf Cup Secy, this guy can always be seen doing something or other for the batch.. I am sure u’ll achieve great heights.. May u get all the success u deserve.. All the very best Anshu :)
ReplyDeleteAnshu is a down to Earth, responsible, mature, understanding, selfless, smart, diligent, proactive and cool headed person. One can swear by his ethicality and he can surely write a treatise on how to manage time and events. Events like Golf Cup, Suscon and Tata BLA have been a huge success due to his persistent efforts. His useful contribution made IIM S proud by winning the National round of GIRC for the second consecutive year!
ReplyDeleteBe it the responsibility of TBLA Campus Champion, Stud C, CR or carrying out Group work he handles everything effortlessly.
ReplyDeleteLearnt a lot from you brother.
ReplyDeleteI am sure that one day anshu bhai will gain name and fame not only in the professional world but also in the whole world. Keep the same attitude bro...:):)
Calm, composed and thoughtful... Nothing in my opinion can describe you best. I've seen you come out of toughest of times without losing your patience. May God bless you with loads and loads of happiness :)
ReplyDeleteKeep smiling humesha :) Miss me :P
This is one guy who has literally done it all. Be it Stud C or the Campus Champion for TBLA or building the bridge between the faculty and the whims of the students. He also knows how it is to be the class topper.
ReplyDeleteHe is one of the most composed guys in the batch and I don't remember seeing him ever lose his temper in the time we've spent together in Shillong. He is extremely hardworking and often leaves everyone flummoxed about how and when he got his work done.
Your awesome attitude towards life and towards your work is sure to take you places.
Cheers
_/\_
ReplyDeleteRespect .. that's what comes to your mind when you think of him. As we often refer to him, the 'Team Leader' of Group-A he is. Someone who not only talks of ideals, but practices them as well. Always helpful, he tries to find the middle path and is the best person to resolve a conflict.
Keep smiling Anshu bhai!
A modified version of an old proverb for him: Master of all trades and jack of none. I am not sure how he manages so many things simultaneously. It was worth working with him for GIRC. Looking forward to HK trip with you :)
Another respectable figure of our batch.\m/
ReplyDeleteReally humble person but a genius.
ReplyDeleteFor a person who has a lot of interest in finance, is a GIRC champ, it was really nice to see him studying and doing assignments of subjects like CRM, Services with equal enthusiasm.
ReplyDeleteSimplicity and humbleness personified!
ReplyDeleteA responsible and hard-working personality.
ReplyDelete"Myself Anshumali Jha", it was pleasure working with you!
ReplyDeleteJokes apart, he is quite a gentleman.
ReplyDeleteAs the Parallel PGP for the entire batch, or the senior most Stud, Anshu has always been the face of PGP10.
ReplyDeleteGoing through the various testimonials I came across various adjectives that can be used to describe a person but I failed to gather something that can describe his greatness.

ReplyDeleteHe was one of the most expected members to get into the StudC and rightly so, he deserved it the most.

ReplyDeleteAnshu has been like a brother to me, one person who got into my life with so much ease and became the indispensable part of it.
ReplyDeleteAise hi rehna...:)
Anshu Bhai...is one of the most respectable and responsible people in PGP'10.....he slogged hard for the Golf Cup.....we could count on him for anything in GIRC...he was one of the best and most responsible CRs....a very hardworking and sincere person, he always wants to change things for better...
ReplyDeleteAll the very best to you and hope that you achieve whatever you want in life..:)
Anshu bhai is a complete package and probably the most busy person of our batch...he has managed plethora of activities be it the golf cup or the GIRC with sincerity and dignity and in doing all these has done extremely well in acads as well.
ReplyDeleteGreat things are store for you in the near future...all the best and stay connected.
ReplyDeleteHe truly has the capability of adapting himself according to the requirement… At one hand, he acts much younger when he is with us, trying to make us laugh with his actions and comments… But on other hand, he is mature enough to run a parallel PGP (atleast much efficiently than current office holders :P)
Known as “Ethics ki dukaan” for his philosophies and gyaan … but m totally unable to understand all his gyaan (may be this is due to age gap :P)
Over enthusiastic about old hindi movies and songs… he possesses an exclusive collection of old hindi songs u might not get from anyone else….
His unique reactions when someone including me pulls his leg (especially by the name of some girl) are worth watching :P …….. His room is the perfect target for any of “our family’s” birthday night parties :)
His advices have really been helpful… Especially when I used to ask him one day before the finance exams about the important things to study…. And ofcourse I appreciate his contribution in inspiring me to appear for Manipal technologies which ultimately gave me my much awaited placement offer…. :)
Just be the way u r and u surely will achieve great heights in future… :)
ReplyDeleteI sometimes really doubt if he has worked for 5 years, even now he still has this ability to study and I always used to wonder that how can you feel like studying when you are not a fresher.. Whenever I see them fight, I feel it’s not Anshu and Anurag but an old couple fighting over a badly cooked meal :P
Anshu may have run a parallel PGP, he may have acted like the eldest one amongst us, but we all knew that he had a small kid hidden inside him that also wanted to have fun and did have his own quota of fun;)..Today’s day will be marked in history as Anshu redefines having fun, he will be having his first sip of liquor today ;)..
