I got to know the "bhaisaab" of our batch, viz. Duhan, quite early here at college vis-a-vis most, on account of our mutual vices. Though he quits smoking at regular intervals, but he keeps coming back to it like it. And he loves gulping down a few pegs from time to time - and one must see him dancing after he's a few pegs down in order to really appreciate the wonders those pegs do for him. He loves playing cricket, TT, badminton - heck, he's a sportsperson by both nature & spirit. And unknown to most, he's a closet poet too. Have a great life ahead!
Vinod Duhan aka "bhaisaab" is one very simple person. Doesn't take much of tension. Easy going and one who respects others. A good sports man and a good poet! He has lots to achieve in his life ahead! Stay Blessed! :)
My first interaction with Duhan a.k.a "Bhaisaab" was at the inauguration day of PGP 2010-12 and I still remember my initial talk with him regarding the dilemma of joining IIM S. Since then, we have been very good friends. He is good at playing TT and was my doubles partner in Ranbhoomi during both the years. I still remember the matches we played together especially during first year of Ranbhoomi.Apart from this he is fun loving person having an inclination towards writing poems and he is very good at it. As an end note, I reiterate the words of Duhan - "Together we stand, divided we fall".
Hi Kavirrajj... Hummne kafi sessions gujare hai..apne common guru Salil bhai ke room pe... :) maine aapki kavita 3 baar hi suni hai.. par haar baar Dil khush hi hua hai..." ek kagaz wali"... Baki aapko yad karne ke liye ..aap aaj bhi sabse mehenge player ka khitaab hold karte hai :) Khush rahe .. aabad rahe ..aur dher saari kavitaye likhe ..YO :)
He is like a younger brother to me. I have always enjoyed his company and all conversation we had in Haryanwi. He is a true JAT who is soft at heart and would go to any length to help his friends. I always feel that he had special brotherly feelings for me which he showed many times by writing poems on me.
I will always cherish your company and songs like "pani wali pani pyade", "jata ka chhora", "hat ja tau paache ne" which you used to watch together on youtube.
Bhai..Aunty ke haath ke laddu were so yummy and I hope I would get another chance to enjoy those laddus. Be in touch mere bhai...
Vinod is the tall guy who gives people from the south nightmares from all the chaste Hindi poetry. Glad to have known you through our fin group assignments and the unabashed lifting of content, was fun :) All the best dude!
Duhan - "bhaisaab". The lasting memory about Duhan is the wing matches we used to play in the first year :) He loves writing hindi poems and loves loneliness - strange for a guy :D
He is a very good TT player and was a good team member in the PR Committee :)

Vinod bhai sahab ke baar me kya bataye aapko...Inko to bas headlight se pyaar he... I think vellapanti ki to hadd kar di inhone...
But I think most of us understood him very wrongly. I believe he is a very cheerful person and a great sports always. I believe he doesn't like people who try to be oversmart and as a result ends up talking to very few people. but I still believe he will do well in his job as he is a people's person(atleast outside IIMS). Having known him closely I can tell that he is a yaaron ka yaar and that I had great laughter sessions with himand Ashutosh in ashu's rooms.
I think Mallik is very afraid of Duhan. Duhan is a very brilliant guy who doesn't study much but scored more then me in few terms.
Duhan bhai aap Shillong to aao phir Micasa chalenge aur agar thode paise aa gai to Cloud 9 bhi door nahi he...
Haryana ka jatt puttar!!A true Haryanvi guy in the batch. "BhaiSahab" ko explain karna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai. A nice person who is always soft-spoken. Will talk to you sweetly always. An ace TT player too. His deep thoughts are reflected in his poems. He prefers darkness in his room and loneliness in his life. He can a gem of a friend one can find. Wishing u great success ahead. Keep Smiling Always:)
Duhan is a simple, down to earth and a very strong man (may be the strongest in the batch), his GPLs are still one of the most feared. Having interacted with him over the last two years, I always felt there are two Duhan, one is a fun loving individual and the other who prefers solitude; personally I prefer the first one.
For me the time spent playing badminton/TT with you late in the night will always be memorable and your poems are very good, please continue writing and hopefully one day who you publish a book...wishing you a highly successful career and professional life...stay connected.
I perceive Duhan as someone who is still at heart not more than 12 years of age and has stopped from growing further though physically he has grown like BSNL’s tower in his village. He is as stubborn as a kid and never lets anything go off his hand he likes. But then there is a mellow heart also inside him, which is as gentle as that of a 12 year. Initially I misconstrued his mannerism for someone who is indifferent towards everyone and is least bothered about anyone. But gradually as knew more and more about him, I was unable to unearth a completely different person inside him who is very soft and has hidden himself from the harshness of this world, through his projected insolence. Much alike others, I have also enjoyed his writings and one that was written for me, was an awesome depiction of me, as a person. Ever since then, I would often sit with Duhan and listen to the famous composition ‘Madhushala’ or listen to his several new compositions. The best thing about him is that he would never mind delivering sermons about his wrongs and would take his criticism as a constructive activity. He has a limited number of people in his friends’ circle and they all know that he is real buddy and has strong sense of Human Sentiments. But those outside this circle, definitely are ignorant of his fact and won’t be able to appreciate this fact. Besides being a good writer who can sketch his emotions so beautifully, he has a really amazing sense of humour which is of course, really difficult for me to understand and then I am punished accordingly for it. Duhan, please preserve your innocence but also grow up a little more (definitely not physically) and I am sure that someday you shall achieve something that would be not only great but also very unique, just as you.
Brave, Confident, Intelligent and Independent minded.. these are few words to describe this guy..
I remember his awesome performance in reciting an inspirational poem at fresher’s night.. He si very determined to achieve his goal and will surely chase his dreams very soon!
