I think Mr Sunil Mittal (or for that matter Mr. Kapil Sibbal) may not have that much insights about Telecom (Airtel in particular) as much Hemant bhai possesses. One of the most respected person of the whole batch (popularly known as Saria wale baba), very polite, dependable, kind hearted and never looses his temper (you remember the incident when saturday surprise has visited the college..).
I have not forgot how Anand, Nikhil and you would to pull my leg in the first year (jisme kuch bhi sachai nahin thi). You (along with Niketa) owe me something for getting library hours extended during exam hours.
Respect is one word which comes to mind if you think of Hemant Bhai. One of the polite, calm, and helping person of the batch. Like the way he starts explaining things in the class or in the mess. Have never seen a person like Hemant bhai who would give you chocolate if you give him your assignment. Wish you all the best in life and wish you come out with flying colors.
Hemant bhai known for his cool and calm demeanor. His style of speaking is sure to result in one of the two results: U get enlightened U fall Asleep An extremely brilliant guy with vast knowledge on a variety of subjects.A true consultant who keeps on reading articles from every possible domain. The numerous prizes won in competitions and the volley of projects that he has executed are a testimony of his industrious nature.Very recently he has been involved in cross batch teams during b school events and done well also :)
Hemant is one of the most balanced persons i have come across..He likes to enjoy his life and at the same time is very hard working and committed to his work...a very talented person..he would surely achieve great heights in his life...
Workaholic at heart, under-cover marketer by mind and peaceful by speech! Hemant bhai, as he is fondly called, is a person whose organization skills one would wish to emulate (wish one day I’d have the patience to sort out my mails in that manner :P). He is an avid user of the library, has immense patience to go through scores of academic journals, is an underpaid cricketer and is the most dedicated fellow ConQuest member. I can’t forget the day when we submitted the LIME entry and how quickly you made the shift from that bhajan to Sheila, or the day you had to scamper out of the room when I, Ralhan and Muthu showed up unexpectedly at 2 in the night, or the time when you championed the idea of co-creation! Hell, there are far too many instances to recount. Nevertheless, it’s been a pleasure knowing you! Keep well and keep smiling :D
You see him and think oh my god this person has to be a serious kind but he is a prankster, child at heart and a fun loving person. Working with you in a group has always been fun, the insights that you have about each and every topic under the sun is just amazing. He happens to read a numerous papers and referred countless journals for any work The Campus Ambassador of Innovative Ideator, on his shoulders rests the responsibility of both Alum Comm and ConQuest, a person who demands respect for his level headedness and unbiased frank opinions, selflessness and pragmatism. He is a perfectionist in his work and SusCon would not have been possible had it not been for your whole hearted dedication for the event. He will surely make an amazing leader in years to come. His has a love for Old Hindi songs and some Bhojpuri songs (yeah Bhojpuri songs :P), craze for Pastries, trekking and playing TT and has superb cricketing skills. The player who gave the maximum ROI to Khatron Ke Khiladi in Kopda Cup :) One is sure to get awe-struck with Hemant’s awesome Hindi vocab. I respect him for all these qualities and I was privileged to have known you. Good luck for the future!
Hemant Bhai should have joined the "Corporate World" right from his childhood. You can find professionalism in all his work be it a simple mail to competition presentations, group projects he has been great. He is one of the real consultants of the batch with good knowledge of all domains. His habit of keeping his room clean was the reason of hosting all AlumComm meeting in his room.
I have learnt a lot from your calm and composed behaviour.
‘Shararti Uncleji’ .. ‘Umar pachpan ki, dil bachpan ka’ .. just some of the phrases one could define him with. An avid reader, this guy can talk about anything under the sun and often amazes you with his grasp on current affairs. ‘Group-A ki jaan’ he is, someone who made all the group meetings fun and teased everyone with his pranks! Hemant bhai, I’m sorry to have made you the ‘bhai’ of entire batch . . that was totally un-intentional :P.
"Sariya Baba" is the most respectable person of the batch undoubtedly! The one to whom everyone listens! One of the best speakers given any topic. One of the best "judges" during Footsteps, fear on the faces of those on stage was splashed up seeing him sitting in panel. His knowledge on subjects is immense. I remember some issue regarding footsteps where whole batch was required to be convinced and he was the first choice hands down whom I approached for doing this job of convincing the batch. One of those soft spoken person in the campus who will greet you with smile every-time you pass by! :) Wish you all the best for life ahead! Stay in touch!
My neighbour in the second year. He loves to get up early, listens to music, loves to study under table lamp, loves going to Subway (Only Aloo/Veg pattie wala sub), digestive biscuits..etc:P:P. See now he must be thinking I know a lot about him. A very helpful and friendly guy. Loves reading and he is one of the guys who regularly downloads papers from google scholar n various other sites. He has got very good knowledge in telecom sector and it was great to work with him during one of the competitions. A thorough professional and oh boy his communication skill is truly awesome !!! One can learn a lot from him.
I can never forgive myself for making fun of him every time a girl came to him for advice or anything in the second year. (For this I should not be blamed alone Sandeep and Sethia should also be blamed).
I have a lot respect for you Hemant Bhai. I know he must be thinking kamina sala maze le raha hai but on a serious note given a chance in the future would love to work with you and really Sorry Hemant Bhai if u ever felt bad for my taunts but I always enjoyed them he he he.....................
I know u'll never be in touch with me but main aap ko dhund ke nikal lunga..All the best boss..!!
Hemant Bhargava a.k.a Hemant is one of the most talented people I met on the campus. For one, he is extremely intelligent. He is always in for a good discussion on any topic. On the personal side, my interactions with him had always been fun.
Most of our interactions had been centred around having fun and somehow funny ritualistic behaviour. Hemant has been like one of my close undergraduate friends in that respect.
He is now settled in a pretty good company, as is expected. But, I expect him to move on to bigger and better companies and really shine in his career.
Hemant bhai as i call him, is a person who equally enjoys work and pleasure. He never says no to any opportunities whenever it comes to work or be it anything- sports, trekking, party, etc etc. He can stun you with his knowledge and can equally stun you with the level of Bakar he can do. He proved that after all he is also from the land of Krishna's birthplace. His undercover marketing activities has been the talking point of the batch. Unfortunately I never got any opportunity to work with him. Wish you great success ahead bhai. Keep Smiling Always :)
Don't you think that I have excused you for robbing me off my job... My heart still aches at the very thought of it :P But kuch kuch tarif kar hi deti hun... Serenity is what strikes me first thinking of you... next - thode se intelligent bhi ho hi... and yes maturity definitely :) Wishing you all the success in my errrrr your job(s) :P Keep smiling humesha :) Miss me :P
One of the best combinations of being chilled out as well as extremely sincere in the work he does, Hemant has a lot of amazing qualities, including the distinction of being my roommate for a whole year. The first year was a topsy turvy one with both of us involved in encouraging the other to miss classes and spend more time sleeping. His knowledge on telecom has left a lot of people baffled, not to mention the poor juniors subjected to his grilling questions during the footsteps. The amount of angry discussions we’ve had in the room screaming at each other about topics as random as why Maruti’s market share is declining , to the reasons for Tata Nano’s failure. The best part about it was how a friendly discussion turned into one filled with animosity and about 5 minutes later, we were back to normal.
The kind of insights he brings to the table when working for a competition is amazing. I’d have gotten to work with him a lot more if I hadn’t been this lazy. He is immensely talented and he is sure to make a mark in whatever career he chooses to undertake.
Hemant Bhai is the perfect CEO material, perfect in everything, he is so well read that he can speak on any topic anytime and what separates him from others is the way he speaks,it seems he measures every word before speaking and they are so apt. An extremely fun loving person who is always game for any outing or movie...
I have had the opportunity to work with him on few competitions and groups and I must say that if he is in your side you will be a winner...
You are born leader and in all probability will soon achieve what you want to...stay in touch and keep telling me which all movies to watch.
One of the most soft spoken guys of the batch. Even if the world is going at a pace, Hemanth will go at a his own pace. The image of him selling “ A.g.a.r.b.a.t.h.i l.e l.o “ in exactly the same slow manner in PDP will forever be etched in my memory. A terrific and under rated bowler whose age belies the kiddish nature he has and who has his head firm on his shoulders in spite of the extensive knowledge he has. Nor can I forget the awesome David Scotts trial when we had to sit ten seconds for every ten steps we took and I could successfully shift the blame of my slow climbing to you saying you needed company :D:D. A wannabe TT Player :D:D who still has not managed to beat me except in his dreams. It was a pleasure knowing you bhai and hope we stay in touch. Have an awesome career ahead of you. :)
my first impression of this guy was "cud anyone talk so slow" .. i was cursing the seniors for giving us an amazing first week and all of us were really hyper.. i was venting out my feelings to hemant and he replied with such calmness and took a year to finish his point :P well this sums up hemant .. he is such a composed and cool character tat nothing will ever deter him ...his knowledge of things is jus too much .. and ya one dare not talk about communications in front of him !! extremely dedicated extremely talented ... but ya ther was this one time when hemant was a bit nervous ( nah he was shit scared).. after shouting at so many students during footsteps .. this guy was so scared fr the next few days tat he went under cover... he is a child at heart.. m sure he will never frget the innumerable sarcastic comments he has passed at me ... i really enjoyed our matches together and the prank we did for our beloved juniors :) gonna miss u hemant .. a lot :(
Hemant Bhai is one of the most respected people in PGP10. The way he works is very unique. Right from the first week, when I got the template for the 10 pager from him, I have been a fan of his work. He is a very calm and composed guy, who chooses to miss a whole event than to rush for it :) He is one of the most organized people I have seen. His thirst for knowledge is one I could even compare to that of Sachin’s thirst for runs. Even after scoring 99 centuries, he is hungry for runs; Even after knowing so much, Hemant is hungry to read more :) Another great quality in this guy is that he is a great listener. His patience is extra-ordinary and I can’t remember him interrupting anybody to make his point. His characteristic slow speech is unmistakeable and the way he builds his points up is amazing. A pleasing personality, who can impress any corporate czar in one meeting! All the very best for the future bhai! Keep in touch! :)
Hemant bhai has been a motivation and inspiration always. Extremely talented and hard working, he can impress anyone by his knowledge on the subject he dwells upon. if someone can go deep into a subject and know it in and out, it would be him. the back bone of consulting club, he has every qualities to become a successful consultant. there's a lot to learn from this fair looking, pundit like connoisseur from Mathura. he is an excellent orator, and would make a great ambassador for any organization. I would have loved to work with him on some project, but I think I wasn't up to the mark. Hemant bhai you have truely been impressive and I respect you a lot. Wish you all success in life!! Keep Rocking!!!
Jayant - It was not because you were not upto the mark...but just the right person, right time, and right place priciple. And, I guess we might be working on the same project couple of years down the line.
Bada appuuuu :P I have had a lot of fun with him. I really enjoy talking to him. Very well informed, an airtel case study in itself. And when he is with Tau their conversations are hilarious. Very soft spoken and wonderful orator. I get to know about him more in second year because of our very frequent lobby treat. It was an honour for me to be part of all those discussion/arguments/fights with you all. I really want to see you dancing in Farwell. Loads of success is waiting for you in TATA STEEL. Have a great life ahead.
Hemant bhai…. A very patient, knowledgeable and a well-read person, he is aware of most of the things under the sun. Can we super funny at times and will not let go off any opportunity to pull Sandeep’ s leg. Still remember those days when you pissed him off during capstone. Awesome times.
Someone who loves travelling and visiting places. Was a pleasure knowing and travelling with you in the second year. Hoping for more such trips.
Hemant is a soft-spoken person who manages to make everyone sleep whenever he starts speaking - he can speak so slow :D His knowledge about the telecom sector is amazing - i remember the numerous "Air-tel" slides his group presented in class :) He's so well-read that he can speak about any topic anytime - something which only Paul has mastered apart from him :D Still remember this year's footsteps where he managed to strike terror in every junior's heart - a complete contrast to last year's footsteps :P
It was good to play alongside you in this year's Kopda Cup :)
Hope you have a great life ahead and hope to see you around :)
