Very nice and down to earth guy who would always care for you. Has an amazing attitude towards everything. Never hesitates to ask if he has slightest of doubts. Never hesitates to help if his friends are in slightest of problem. Always gives a cozy feeling of raw Rajasthan...
Sandeep is a boy with a cute face and a golden heart. He believes in do no evil. He is a perfectionalist who takes care of the minutest issues. Very sincere, hard working and focused guy who loves challenges and comes out with flying colors every time. He is too many girls love interest (from here to Boston). My fellow GIRC mate who knows his strengths and how to leverage them.
Sandeep is a special character in the whole batch. It is difficult to count the nicknames associated with him and the number of girls he is linked with (in both batches). He does not like to compromise on anything and never takes any decision in haste. He never likes to miss any classes not because he likes the lectures but because he feel the professor would feel bad if their are very few people attending classes.
On a personal level, he is very friendly and caring.
I would like to thank him for tolerating me all these two years especially during CIS projects.
Finally, we all know what all you did in BOSTON and I am sure those days will come back again in your life.

Sandeep is one of the finest guys i have met till date...he is always very straight forward and speaks his heart...He would work hard for things he believes are worth his hard work...He is also a very cool guy....i remember drawing inspiration from him in the 1st year when he would study at his own pace and sleep as usual during exams..unnerved by the huge syllabus...I wouldn't also forget his one liners (favorite being the lifafa dekh ke hum...) which can be pearls of wisdom for anyone...

Sandeep, the one who can never have a conversation with me which doesnt involve teasing from either end. On the face of it, comes across as a person who could kill you if you tried to joke around with, but once you get to know him, you would know that is absolutely not true. Your dedication and hardwork for everything commands respect. Am sorry if you ever felt bad with anything i have ever said in fun.. Good luck with everything you wish to achieve in life!!!
My last posting before iim Shillong was in jaipur and he is also from jaipur so we started interacting even before reaching shillong.Once in shillong because of his immense knowledge he was always the source code for many of my assignments even the first ten pager and question assignment given by seniors in foot steps .
Very mature decision maker , does not hesitate in calling a spade a spade . gud luck for a brighter future.
Sandeep is an awesome guy and I am glad he was a member of Group O, he made group work simple for us! Any problems, and he would say ‘No issues, I’ll take care’ and that would be that. He is smart, makes extremely logical arguments, and is always ready to help out people. Sandeep has always been active in class participation, and even HR classes wouldn’t go by without him making a contribution. Diligent, hard-working and disciplined; there is a lot to learn from this guy. I will always remember Capstone sessions, with all 6 of us crammed in Sandeep’s room, and Sandeep doing all the work on his laptop; Ragini and me looking around lost; and Abhishek doing quick mental calculations. Rishabh and Sushant would be offering contradictory logical arguments for and against what Sandeep was planning to do; and the result as expected would be utter confusion. Group O was awesome! Am sure you have a great future ahead, wish you all the very best!
My first friend after getting into IIM Shillong. Time has moved so fast in the last two years but I can still recall the discussions that we used to have just before joining IIM Shillong(he was in US at that time and I was doing night shift in my office :P )about how will be life at IIM Shillong.
He is very hardworking especially after so much of experience and his never say die attitude commands respect. He is one of the pillars behind the success of GIRC team.
He gets excited very fast but has a very pure heart and he is always there for his friends. He is very cool, fun loving and his stories of US are just amazing :)
I think Group O was privileged to have him to enlighten their study group.

Tau is an epitome of patience, simplicity and hard work. I think he has been through all the highs and lows in life, but that smile and fun is always intact, and that's what makes him soo lovable. a genuine and humble guy, he is one of those u can count upon. extremely funny, and entertaining, he can sometimes get angry as well. Sandeep is a combination of talent, handsomeness, humility and geniality. My roommate and guru throughout the first year. If I attended all my classes (read: woke up for all my classes) and submitted all my deliverables on time, it was largely due to this guy. He keeps track of everything. All I used to do was enter the room and ask him what all things were to be done today and he gives the list. During the initial phase in IIMS (filled with cognitive dissonance), he was one guy whom I constantly looked at and said to myself: ‘guys with these kinda credentials are here, you really shouldn’t complain’. He was my source of motivation. He has a humble confidence about himself and knows his strengths and weaknesses pretty accurately. He is very affable and I still remember one of the very first things he said to me: ‘I am your roommate; feel free to use all my stuff except my undergarments’ :) And that s the way we lived henceforth :)
He is extremely talented and his grasping power is extraordinary. May be due to his experience, any analysis he does (not just in subject domain, but in general) is very logical and oftentimes I find myself very happy to agree to whatever he tells. I can’t remember having to disagree with him on anything. One thing I regret is that, we haven’t been able to spend quality time together in the second year, but, that s just work keeping us busy. Words can express only so much. Sandeep, you have been a very dear friend and always will be. I am sure you will excel at anything you venture into. Stay in touch, always! Sandeep Bhai...Truly a gem of a guy. He happens to be my under-grad friend too and that's why I have a very good bonding with this guy. Very Very logical and hard working fellow. Sandeep aka Tau is one of the most interesting persons among the experienced guys out here.Talk to him for a while and you will be baffled by the amazing simplicity and frankness he displays.He is big tym into academics and gymming.His claims of being younger than he looks is really humorous.Be it his arguments in favour turning vegetarian or his protests while we talk in our native languages,he creates a humorous environment around himself.

He hates eating in the mess and is averse to eating out, thanks to Amul Tazza and ProteinX he survived the 2 years.Both of us are of almost the same age but he looks and by spirits, years younger to me...
Looking at the present scenario (read competition) I may not complete my consulting assignment in the next few months but trust me I will keep working on it until the mission is accomplished...: P

This retired employee from Sapient still has a young heart and a very fit body. A very dedicated and hard working person who never left any chance at taking a dig at me. He is the person who has mocked me the most in these two years. I really like him for his sense of humour. I had the sympathy of Sandeep’s other victims such as Hemant and Sourav.
I loved the times when our FE class echoed with the words “Oooo Sandeep” and in the end Sandeep came out with successful getting 10 on 10. He lives by strict discipline, getting up early and going to the gym.
A member of Osum! group no doubt he was very sincere and hardworking. I saw his dedication in preparing the research report for GIRC. I have full confidence on you Sandeep that you will come with successful in all the tasks that you take up in life.

Sandeep, one of the earliest friends I made at Shillong, symbolises perfection for me. He has a fastidious routine which he rarely changes and an immense dedication to his academics. He’s been an inspiration in many ways for me, right from how he never gets angry no matter how much people try and make fun of him. He has a great judgment of what is right and what isn’t and sticks by his decision till the very end. An awesome person at heart, he’s always ready to lend a helping hand to everyone. You’re sure to make a big splash in the corporate world pretty soon! Cheers!
One of the good friends I have found at IIM S and have been involved in his leg pulling since then. I don’t know why he came back from BOSTON but perhaps I will figure it out in future. He is the real hard worker who has slogged and has not received his due till now. Probably, he needs to get his sun sign checked :P
Even Salman Khan will get complexion if he sees him dancing. He will mesmerize even Gulzaar Saab with his eloquent Hindi vocab. It has been a real pleasure to know a person like you.

One of the most rational, sensible and there is no dearth of wisdom in the talks that he initiates or carries forward. Fun loving he is also known for his witty remarks in shuddh hindi, frank opinion. He is a source of inspiration for me and I guess many others too. Having studied with him during Fin electives I have come to know that he would not sit peacefully until he gets an answer to all his doubts, would never fear in questioning a prof if he/she teaches some wrong concepts. Good luck Sandeep bhai in all your future endeavours :)
