HARPREET SINGH

  1. Harpreet paaji is a very unique person in many aspects. I know him to be very studious, who reads all cases and chapters irrespective of the nature of subjects and works very hard, but never boasts about that. He is up-to-date in current affairs and keeps a habit of reading at least 3-4 newspapers daily, that too in English and Punjabi. His apt and timely sense of humor is to be greatly appreciated. Very active on social networking media like Facebook, he often shares links for valuable and insightful information. His usual masterpiece remarks like "Des ki tarakki kaise hogi", "GDP Growth kaise hoga etc. etc. will always remind me about him.

I will surely miss paaji and his frank dialogues. I wish him all the best for all his future endeavors.

  2. Well “Paa ji” is the true contribution of IIMS to India’s GDP, growth and well being. His one liners like “desh ki tarakiii kaise hogi”, “GDP kaise badhega”, “……. Tum to class me bhi night dress daal ke aa gaye (ya aa gayi)” are unforgettable. A real gem with exceptional knowledge, reads all the CASES, chapters and who knows wat else…...But yes a true Sardar with great values is an apt intro for him.

Paa ji…..will miss your one liners…..Wish you all the best in life……..

  3. An eccentric person, staunch supporter and promoter of his faith and views, comes up with the most unconventional analogies and examples. Witty, known for his one-liners, a stand-up comedian too.
Harpreet can be seen in the library on many instances and will always have something new or recent to share with you which intrigues him. Straightforward, erudite, always on time for all the meals and avid reader. Quiz and Debating club (QAD) would have been incomplete with him.
Paa ji wish you success in all your future endeavours :)

  4. One of the unknown quantities of our batch..probably the least understood!
Sensitive, aware, mindful and probably the most mysterious.
Will do wonders if he is just a little more conscious of the way he sends his message across..
    All the best!

  5. I dwelled along Harpreet Paaji's neighbourhood for the last 2 years and I never felt whether someone lived really in next room. He is a very calm person who loves talking in a very sober and serious manner. He is an avid reader and a fin enthusiast and spends most of his time in the library. Books count among his best friends be it the course books or facebook ( a severe addict of FB).
I always found him burning the midnight oil throughout our PGP course, completing all the case studies and other pre-reads , before each and every class. Besides the hardwork and the sincerity towards his studies, Harpreet is a firm believer in God and a very religious person. Every morning I would wake up and find him, either chanting the verses from the Gurbani or playing the Ardaas lessons. He has sincere dedication towards everything from his religious learnings to the academics. His jokes are at times are a bit difficult for me to understand but a real fun when I am able to interpret them. I have always been interested in learning Punjabi and Paaji has always been instrumental in helping me learn it in bits & pieces. Paaji has a different lens of looking at life and is really a sensible guy and you would know this only when you befriend him... Wish you grand success Paaji ! Tussi gr8 ho :)

  6. Harpreet paaji is one of the most genuine person I have met. There is no hypocrisy in his demeanor. He is always willing to share and help people. A man of strong principles and very religious. His knowledge is worth exploring. Sensible, caring, and intelligent. Very much active on forums where religious views are shared and discussed. As most of the people would agree with me on this- paaji your jokes are difficult to understand and interpret. :D..But keep the spirits always high and wish u success ahead. Keep Smiling always :)

  7. Harpreet... Let me confess this... I am a little scared of you...
I remember a little incident which happened around a year back when I passed a comment that Punjabi songs are either on girls or liquor... And you took some offence and sent me few meaningful songs :)
Please stay the way you are whatever the world says or throws at you... Keep this dedication alive wherever you go and whatever you do. May God bless you !
Keep smiling humesha :) Miss me :P
