MADHAV KANDUKURI

20 comments:

  1. Madhav is a quiet, down to earth guy who always keeps on smiling. He just loves to discuss physics and abstract concepts in science. He is a perfect E-Cell member and has always new ideas to discuss B-Plans with us.
This guy just loves to watch animation movies and was the biggest source of animation movies in these two years. He had never played TT before coming here but has become awesome at it now. He is great fan of Balakrishna and goes to gym to get muscles like him:P:P

Madhav was a great friend in my stay at IIMS and I wish him all the best for the future. Take care.

  2. It was a pleasure to know Madhav, one of the most innocent, straightforward, optimistic guys I have ever come across. A neighbour for the two years here, he never ceases to amaze me with his business ideas and the optimism with which he approaches them.

A voracious reader, it is always invigorating discussing the books he has read. It was good to know that there was a friend with whom I could discuss the most abstract of the topics I could dream of. He is an avid photographer and can be seen roaming around the campus during twilight and dawn, snapping pictures.

I would like to wish him all the best for his future endeavors.

  3. Madhav/Maddy is one of the very calm and composed person of the batch. Fellow BITSian \m/ !!
He loves to talk whenever a group is formed in corridors to talk and he will always bring point from his brilliant knowledge. TechGuru!
His HSBC internship GD can not be forgotten by those who were in the panel. Leave aside the results, the immense knowledge this guy holds is seldom seen by many.

Be a bit more talkative and you will see wonders :)
    Keep rocking!

  4. The one image of Madhav, or Kundu as we all call him, that we'll carry with us would be finding him smiling, or grinning to be more appropriate, at all times come what may. Be it at the mess, at our wing, or even when he opens the door - his grin never deserts him, nor the other way round - and that, I feel, is a rare quality to possess.

Madhav is a simple-natured, slightly shy and a mightily reserved fellow. One of the jokes surrounding him has been that, he counts the number of words he speaks and stops as soon as he reaches his quota of 20 words per day. But, those who know him personally would appreciate this when I say that he also has a flair for humour. His witty one-liners are really great, as is his analytical abilities & acumen. And yes, he's really knowledgeable about various aspects too.

Bill Gates once allegedly quoted, "Be careful of the geeks you make fun of, they might be your boss one day". It would sure be a privilege to have Kundu as the boss of whichever company I'm working it :)

  5. Madhav was the first guy I met in IIM Shillong. In fact we along with Arnav shared the taxi to Shillong from Guwahati airport the very first day. And to tell you the truth I am still understanding Madhav as a personality.

The one thing I loved about Madhav is that he is forever happy. No matter what happens Madhav will always have his calm smiling face on him.

A true entrepreneur, Madhav's heart lies in science. He has probably spent the best part of the last two years devising business plans integrating high technology with business. Given the drive he has I am sure he would finally achieve his aim one day.

  8. Madhav is the son of the land. extremely simple and soft-spoken, down to earth but equally sharp at the same time. though a little shy, this guy has it in him to make it very big one day!! extremely sound technically, with one of the biggest laptop screens, he keeps surfing something or the else on the net. he has a noble goal of setting up a technology incubator at IIM Shillong. it's always a pleasure interacting with him. Madhav ur simplipicity can take u places man!!
    Wish you all success!!

  9. Madhav is such a charming person in our wing. So shy to speak out and he so quiet that you never feel his presence even he is sitting next to you. Very particular about each and every word that he utters with such innocence. Contrary to the perception about him he is very mischevious too and does not let any chance of teasing his best buddy Arnav.
For me he is more of a Geek God who is busy experimenting with latest technology flicks and gadgets. Hardly you would ever witness an MBA being so much so interested in running shell scripts on his Linux BOX. He loves experimenting with all sorts of softwares, an avid lover of nature and someone who would never waste his words. All through his stay in my neighbourhood I never heard him making even slightest of remarks about the mess food. Really great digestive system or robust nervous system to make a fretting complain regarding anything. Wish you a grand success ! And yes, a sincere thanks for remembering my name that most of my other colleagues here, seem to have forgotten. :)

  10. Madhav is the most laconic person in the batch. You will need to struggle really hard to get words out of him. He is a keen observer and pays attention to the minutest of details. An entrepreneur at heart and a fellow E-Cell member. He does things passionately. And not to forget he is one of the most honest guys I have come across. He puts forward his opinions in an unbiased form and has a strong ethics and principles. Wish u great success ahead Kandu. Keep Smiling always :)

  11. One of those people of our batch, who is really good with the lens, has an inclination towards entrepreneurship, is a gizmo freak, calm, composed, thinks out-of-the-box. Books and not-so-conventional thoughts interest him and he would be discussing philosophies, movies, music with people who are deeply into them.
He has a huge potential to shine in anything that he undertakes and I wish to see a company headed by you soon. Good luck :)

  12. He has one of the sharpest analytical minds in the entire batch and the way he crunches numbers and comes up with interesting statistics is plain amazing. He has this love for physics which has helped him amass a great wealth of knowledge in that field. He is also probably the only one in our batch who uses a Linux OS and also has the huge 17” laptop.
He’s been at the heart of working on all our assignments and projects related to Quants where the rest of our study group has just been awed by his talent.
An extremely soft spoken guy, he has his own unique way of pulling people’s legs and is quite adept at that too.
He is sure to fulfil his dreams of being an entrepreneur one day and start a firm which is going to make waves in whatever industry it is set up in.
    Cheers!

  13. The Kondu, The entrepreneur, The Bitsian, The 17000 ticket guy....What else man. I think he was the first guy I met on guwahati airport along with Tejas. Since then He was my first friend. I think in the first year me him and saumitra spent a lot of time together.
Madhav is a unique gem of person always calm , cool and funny. He has lotsw of brains but I think he wrongly came to IIM Shillong. Whereas he could have been better with an M.Tech. I did my first competitions with this guy.
So many things to tell and so less time.

I still believe that someday h will come to recruit from IIM Shillong... All the Best for the future!!!

  14. wats the point in having a heart and not following it... ther are very few ppl who follow their dreams and Madhav wud be on top of tat list!!

one person i really look up to ... for one simple reason he really wants to follow his heart !!! Madhav was the first person to help us with our baggage the moment we arrived on campus .. right from tat moment he has never said no to any favor asked.. then footsteps and the deadly interviews happened where we again found ourselves together not wanting to attend them - simple reason we wanted to do wat we liked and not follow the crowd.. the bond which formed then is bound to last fr a lifetime...

As Madhav had already pointed out we are both similar in many aspects.. he wud never stick to traditional orthodox approaches.. always game for new radical ideas.. an extremely creative thinker.. and one guy who really wants to become an entrepreneur and he really means it..

He has a very noble heart and is a simple person .. down to earth and soft spoken... m sure there is gonna be a day when the world marvels at his ingeniousness and simplicity .. deadly combo..

it is really nice knowing a person who is very much like urself .. i wish that he achieves his dream very soon and pray tat the almighty gives him the strength to cross all hurdles..

To a man with a heart - best wishes .. wud wanna see u on the cover of Forbes very soon

  15. Madhav is one of the rare talents we have; he can kick any ones ass if it comes to physics. Personally, I would have loved to see him as a scientist rather than as a manager. Madhav is a silent, shy, innocent but a straightforward guy.

We were in same wing in first year and have shared quite a few jokes. A good photographer who doesn’t believe in showing off his skills and is passionate about whatever he does. He has a unique knack of pulling others leg. :P

But what I regret is, he never expressed love for the girl he likes. :( Not to worry, we still have one long month to go. Go for it Madhav !! :)

He dreams of being an entrepreneur and I know one day his dream will come true. He is hard working and I know Madhav you will make it possible, do keep me in your business then. :P :P

All the best and enjoy life !! :-)

  17. A person who is usually silent… but when he speaks, he often has something profound or thoughtful to say! He believes in speaking sense, and no one can even think of arguing :) He has an awesome sense of humour… can throw in some really witty one-liners when they are least expected! He’s got great analytical reasoning and his ideas are great and creative… We won the most innovative idea at TBLA for his very idea! We had a great time working for the same :) A simple, talented, innocent and soft-spoken guy! He has his priorities set straight and his ideology of following his passion will take him places! Good luck with everything Madhav!! May all your dreams come true :)

  18. Madhav... I've heard least number of 'words' from your mouth in these two years which is really admirable. Non-bakar successful MBA grad is a very very rare breed you see :) And you must be proud to be one :)
Wish you so much luck in your entreprenurial ventures :)
Keep smiling humesha :) Miss me :P

  20. Madhav is a silent, introverted and immensely talented guy. He has a very different sense of humour and greets people with a little smile/grin everytime you see him, no matter what the circumstances are. An optimistic guy, a fellow e-cell member who has got huge plans regarding entrepreneurship. He is very humble in spite of his exceptional talent and has a very level head. He thinks very different and is ready to voice his opinion even though it is not the most popular one, but, in the politest of ways. It has been great knowing you Madhav. Be sure to let me know when you start your first company :) All the best!
