Neetisha- The Silent Stud is known for her patience and cool demeanour. She is one of the most genuine persons in our batch and she is shy and speaks less and listens more. During our endless frustrating Stud C meetings, when I lose my temper she remains so cool that even other members calm down and get more logical. She is a very level-headed person and her dedication in work can amaze many people. Due to her introvert nature, I would never had known her if i wouldn't have been in Stud C, but I was fortunate enough to be. Give her a responsible work and you would find the best possible work- Golf Cup in particular. She has been a person who can pull you leg and I & Anshu have been on the receiving end many times. She has a unique knack of finding me with smokes all around me and then I have to blurt out some kind of useless excuse.
All in all one of the coolest person of our batch and a very good friend of mine, I wish her huge success in future.
Neetisha looks extremely silent and soft but I can tell u she is really really strong on the inside… she is a total manager material ! Her determination and boldness to face any critical situation is commendable .. really professional when it comes to working.. be it in our study group tasks or in student council.. a lot of people are composed, level headed and mature … apart from all this it is her strong inner mettle and confidence in herself tat makes her stand out ! and am sure she will continue to do so fr the rest of her life ! She is a very dedicated and the most composed person of our group G. I dont remember her saying no to any work. She is a great listener and would surely make a great HR manager. I am sure she will achieve great heights in her life. All the Best :)
Those who know her well, will definitely appreciate the fact that if writing about someone can be difficult, then writing about this girl is surely a different benchmark to achieve. One of the most silent persons I have ever met (which is the reason why she hasnt given much chances to write about her).
I noticed this girl first during the day of registration as she was just one registration number behind me in every queue and in the very first look, I could sense that getting words out of this girl would be a difficult task :P :P And yes it did scare me because of my exact opposite nature. I had a small chat with her also, found her very sweet but never imagined that two years down the line she would be my best friend.
To start talking about her inherent qualities, I guess the first thing I would want to say would be that people believe her to be very shy, timid and silent. Well, I would agree to an extent that she is silent (and thats because she doesn't believe in talking nonsense unlike her two dear friends here) but no way is she shy by any standards. She has a very clear and logical head and takes up a definite stand in any argument or discussion and you will never find her shying away from any public appearances or anything.
Coming to her voice, I would not be scared to tell it straight that she has a very very soft voice. There have been innumerable instances when I just could not hear her talking to me. Again for a loud person like me, she is just the other extreme. But, one thing which very few know about her is that she is a very good singer. The softness and sweetness of her voice does make her singing very pleasant. Although, I am ashamed to say that being one of her closest friends, it was not me who discovered this quality but one of the most respected professors of the institute (the one famous for questions like if at all and why at all) who actually discovered this hidden talent of Neetisha. I don't know when did she sing in front of him and how he found her talent is still a mystery. I hope she would tell us once we leave the campus :P
Neetisha has been to many places including international exposure (Don't get excited...itna international bhi nhin tha....Just our southern tip neighbour Sri Lanka where she spent four years). Being to Lucknow, Delhi, Colombo, Manipal and then Shillong definitely shoes in her and apart from giving her interesting stories to tell about every place, has also made her very adaptable to different situations.
Coming to work and study, well, who would know better than me...fellow committee member, fellow club member, group member, and my study partner (YA...U noticed it right..My destiny...She was there with me EVERYWHERE). A completely dedicated person in whatever she does. You give her a task and it will be done much before deadline and if you are also involved in that task, be assured and go sleep because Neetisha will handle everything alone. She is one person who was total velli (upto atleast 4th term) and used to finish half the course before even me and Pooja sat studying for exams. And then she would sit with us, knowing everything, and we would feel as if we dont know anything. I dont know how she sneaked away from our eyes to secretly study in her room :P :P Weel, even be it StudC or usHR, she has been the proactive one, finishes all her work in time and then would pester you also to death until you finish yours...Uff...M so relieved its over :P :P
What intrigues me most about her is that she came out of Manipal without getting even the slightest air of that place. Four years in that place can make any person the "BIGDA HUA" but forget about bigadna, she didnt even visit any of the pubs in the campus EVEN ONCE.....unbelievable...I dono how she can be so sincere for everything....
Neetisha is one person who commands respect, takes the ethical stand always, listens to me and Somu abusing during meetings and just smiles and ignores, is there for her friends whenever there is a slightest need for it, is an epitome of diligence and sincerity, has never been into a fight and I doubt she ever will be, is one of the most suited persons for Corporate HR, is definitely out of the world in terms of sweetness.
She has been a very special person to me. One of my very FEW friends who are so silent and who make me realise from point to point that I speak too much. She has shown full faith in me from the start in no matter what I do and Ashwamedha was one thing where I received unconditional support from her. We share a very special bond owing to another reason that we were in the same school when she was in Lucknow and she has lived in the same area in Lucknow as mine. So talks never go out once it comes to school (although I don't remember who she was because I was never friends with NERDS then and she surely was one :P ) She has been one of those who share my secrets and have closely guarded them for long ;) Two years have gone with me almost with her everytime and its VERY HARD to imagine IIM Shillong without her. She might appear very soft and fragile but is real tough and thats going to take her to real great heights. There have to be no goodbyes mssg for us. I am sure this is friendship for life. Never interacted much with Neetisha but as much as I could have known from her friend and my own personal experience, she is a silent girl with loads of activities going on in her mind. She will never interfere in others' matter and will keep all her feelings and words to be shared with friends only. Wish u a great success ahead. Keep Smiling Always :)

Neetisha appears to be the silent person who speaks rarely. But she is a great thinker and planner. You can never make it from her reaction as to what goes in her mind. A person who can absorb all the joy and the sorrow without the others nearby realizing it.
She has always been the person who works all the time but is absent from the scene when it comes to claim the credit. She has been great in the StudC looking after the interests of the batch. She really cares about her friends and loved ones. Many people perceive her as shy and introvert but she is not. She makes her own choice and speaks when she feels so.
Most people would term Neetisha as a silent and reserved kind of person. This is because of her no nonsense attitude and doesn't participate actively in the bakkars that go on. She has one of the best communication skills in this campus. She is a great manager and I personally have been quite impressed by her conduct during the entire MBA program.
Though she has a lot of international exposure she is completely Indian. She beleives in Indian values, tradition and knows a lot of finer details which even I am not aware of. Extremely caring and sincere person who knows how to maintain relationship. A core HR enthusiast who has very strong fundamentals and clarity of concepts. She is also very helpful and I have sought advise from her on quite a few occassions.
This needs special mention as Neetisha is also my partner (and I think the only one) who has the passion for old hindi songs and old hindi movies. At various moments I have been amazed from her choice of songs. She also is calm and has a lot of patience to hear the entire details of from Mayur (on any new game).
Neetisha also virtually acted as a single point of contact with the Director's office during the organisation of golf cup. I can clearly remember the various occassion and we both spent 2-3 hours with Col. Ghosh on the organisation and invitaion part of the golf tournament. On none of the occassions, have I seen her losing her temperament. She single handedly managed the corpoarte invitations (outside corporate as well as locals). I still don't know who all atteneded our tournament.
She was the one who has supported me in all my initiatives during our stay in this college. Keep us the same spirit and God bless you.
Neetisha is a very polite, sensible and a level headed person. A sincere and a hardworking girl it’s really amazing to see how easily she has managed both academics as well as her tasks as a Student Council and an HR club member. With Neetisha put on any task one can be very sure that work would be done on time in a proper manner. She talks very logically and has a very clear flow of thoughts.
She is a girl who has lived across several cities and has an amazingly good memory. It was really surprising for me initially to see that how easily she could remember her primary school friends and teachers while discussing with Mayur(Both were in the same school in Lucknow).
I will always remember Neetisha in the Teacher avatar teaching us. I will never forget the day when I got really confused between marketing and operations, there was she helping me to make choices. I never thought that by the end of two years she would be one of my good friends… Her first impression on me was that of silent girl, who will not talk to anyone until/unless required…. Some of it still holds, but she just needs an appropriate company and she can go on…. Although she might speak less, she surely has knowledge of everything going around in the campus…. Too disciplined… She will give her 100% to everything in which she is involved be it academics, HR club, Stud C, Golf cup etc…. She will do her work on time and you will not even get to know when … Her notes had been very useful in first year … one of the very neat and clean notebooks I have ever seen :) One of the few people who were clear about their specialization from the very first day of the college… unlike me, Pooja or Deepa who have taken nearly 5-6months to actually settle down on their specialization… :P Neetisha really possess a diverse knowledge base apart from acads… she can give competition to anyone in knowledge of old songs/movies… Her understanding of pharma can even beat someone with b.pharma degree… And yes, she knows all nitty-gritties of various Indian ritual and customs which I am totally unaware of!!! Always on phone, messaging one person or other… don’t know who :P Neetisha, I know you were never on the receiving end of my comments :P … reason being that you never gave me an opportunity till now… but will ensure it now atleast once :P I m sure u really will make a great HR … All the very best for your future… :P
Everyone perceives her as a shy and an introvert girl.. She may look like one, but those who have interacted with her even a little bit would know that she might not open up in the first interaction, but once the ice is broken, she can make you feel so much more comfortable and at ease.. Describing her as a calm and composed person would be an understatement, her way of handling things is just amazing.. You tell her the issue and it would be solved without even creating any hue and cry about it.. If I have ever visualised an ideal HR, I think it’s her.. Her aura can just calm the most of aggressive of people around.. Not many people know that she is one of those few girls who doesn’t like eating chocolates.. Her tastes can be considered very different from others but everything she does has her own persona.. Her nature, her attitude, her behaviour will be simple and yet so elegant.. I had first met her during the Delhi meet and somehow I had felt there itself that it would be nice knowing her more and she has proven it right!!Neetisha has been much more than a friend to me.. I have never had a sister, but through her, I got to know what it feels to have one… There would have been so many times when I would have hurt her, disappointed her, but never has she turned her back on me.. I feel really lucky to have met her here.. Though I am elder to her, with her being around, I always felt that I have someone matured with me to take care of me.. Had it not been for her, I would have simply forgotten so many birthdays, missed so many deadlines, even skipped taking medicines when I was not well. College wouldn’t have been same if she wasn’t around.. I can only wish you luck and a bright future and I know we will be together no matter which cities or which companies we go to :)

Most here have talked about her being the Silent Stud but for some unknown reason, I am scared of her the most. She may not speak most but whenever she speaks with her monosyllables glasses on, I am often left stunned - unable to speak or fathom. She is an ideal scribe :P If ever you see that there is something which should be written, and if Neetisha is around, be rest assured that your work will be done.
She amazes people with her intelligence and her communication skills. But I will tell you what amazes me most. Being a reserved and shy person, one would expect that she would be not-so-forthcoming with strangers. But believe me she put many of us including Deepa and Pooja to shame while we were interviewing candidates for our CB project. She would more often than naught initiate the interview and then assume her all so familiar role of a scribe :P
It is well and truly interesting to see the combo of Neetisha and Mayur. They look like studies in contrast. But perhaps that is the reason they both gel so well together.
One thing I can easily say about Neetisha is that she doesn't give a damn what the rest of the world is thinking about her. She cares a lot about her friends and if anything wrong befalls on any of them, she will go to all the lengths to defend them.

Neetisha, a silent, intelligent and a hardworking person. A simple girl who believes in doing than saying. A mystery to everyone other than her friends whom she chooses very carefully. ReplyDeleteMost here have talked about her being the Silent Stud but for some unknown reason, I am scared of her the most. She may not speak most but whenever she speaks with her monosyllables glasses on, I am often left stunned - unable to speak or fathom. She is an ideal scribe :P If ever you see that there is something which should be written, and if Neetisha is around, be rest assured that your work will be done.
ReplyDeleteShe amazes people with her intelligence and her communication skills. But I will tell you what amazes me most. Being a reserved and shy person, one would expect that she would be not-so-forthcoming with strangers. But believe me she put many of us including Deepa and Pooja to shame while we were interviewing candidates for our CB project. She would more often than naught initiate the interview and then assume her all so familiar role of a scribe :P
It is well and truly interesting to see the combo of Neetisha and Mayur. They look like studies in contrast. But perhaps that is the reason they both gel so well together.
One thing I can easily say about Neetisha is that she doesn't give a damn what the rest of the world is thinking about her. She cares a lot about her friends and if anything wrong befalls on any of them, she will go to all the lengths to defend them.
It was pleasure seeing her in action as a Stud C member and an HR enthusiast participating in numerous discussions held in Room No. B-11. All the best for your life ahead!
Neetisha is a down to earth girl with a very very soft voice.. Her face reflects simplicity and innocence that defines her.. a girl with sweet face and lovely hair :) A no-nonsense girl with depth and substance that speaks for her..I respect you for being what you are :)
