My best-friend cum mom on-campus cum neighbor cum guide cum motivator cum class partner who scolds me and take care for me. She is a sweet, charming, fun-loving and wonderful friend who has been a great company throughout. I will always remember all those chit-chats, shopping, campus strolls, bunking classes, etc. etc. She has amazing hearing skills which made monotonous lectures really interesting. She would always take my side and also scold people who make fun of me. She would take care of me when I am ill or sad, listen me patiently and try solving all my problems. She is the person with whom I have spent most of my best and lovely times in Shillong. She taught me many things in personal life and kept motivating me whenever I was sad. Thanks a lot dear. She is the one who has made life for me on this campus really easy and cool. She is a very understanding and caring friend. I really treasure her friendship and wish her all the very best in life. Thanks dear for always being there for me and scolding me. I really love it when you scold me for any matter related to my personal life and show me the right direction. Love you dear.

Opporna Das ( yes this is how I pronounce her name), is such a simple and innocent being. Always smiling and shying away from the worldly pains. I always thought I am one who has enjoyed the Campus life, but its only partially true as I stand second after Opporna. She would bunk any class the moment she is being told that there might be some quants that would be discussed. Definitely she does not like the mathematical/goring finance related sums but because of her very sweet nature she has been able to simplify the mathematics of Life. Always smile and keep all worries at bay. I still remember when in Fin-I lectures everyone used to be so much busy, solving the problems and I used to while away my time discussing random topics (definitely not related to studies) with her. Her simple outlook towards the problems often makes me wonder as to how someone can be so simple and kool, together. But that is what defines Opporna Das. Best of luck to you for your much cherished goal of being a Ghaziabadi ! :-)

Aparna aka Appy Fizz.. Always wears a smile on her face, has a great fashion sense, is fun loving and committed ( to you all know who ;) ) and can gulp an entire gulab jamun at a single go :P She has probably been to all the cafes and restaurants of Shillong and to all the accessories stores too. The best thing about her is she lends me her jhumkas when I need them for a matching salwar kameez ( yes she has a pair of each and every colour :P )Though she has been my neighbor for both the years I would hardly find her in the room ;) But the moments spent with you, Neha, Sreya, Vani and Kranti were some of my fondest here. Her room is definitely the best decorated room in the campus and you are sure to be awe-struck with her creativity. Raakhi pe ghar nahi ja paaya to college me hi ek sister mil gayi :) Appy Fizz or rather "moti" as i used to call her is one of those girls who is very kiddish at heart and can't hide her feelings but at the same time she handles a situation very intelligently. She might be funny but a mature girl. Yes although she claims that she don't have hearing problems but she desperately needs a hearing aid device - the first thing probably from her first salary ever. Definitely spent loads of funny moments pulling her legs.
Appy... bright face, warm smile and a blush or 2 now and then.. In the first week that we stepped into IIM S, I was shocked at Aparna’s dedication and speed. She would come and tell Priyanka (my roomie) that she had completed writing 8 pages of the 10-pager assignment, when I would still be stuck up with the first page. Then slowly after footsteps ended, I came to realize that she is human too! :) Sweet, cute and bubbly girl… she’s the favourite pick of profs for asking questions… poor girl :P Very creative and artistic… take any of her notebooks and turn to the last page… you can find her wonderful sketches… well this is what she does when she gets bored in lectures :P She has also decorated her room very beautifully and creatively… though she rarely stays in it ;) and I would be doing great injustice if I don’t talk about her amazing hearing skills which can transform the whole meaning of sentences :P And last but not the least quality of hers… she’s really really really scared of ghosts. And us staying just next to the graveyard gives us more opportunity to scare her every now and then. We had lot of fun together. Sweet, innocent and miss shy are the three words to describe her... In the last 2 years ive never seen her getting angry. Even with all the teasing, she is forever smiling. I can’t think of any instance where I have asked you for any help and you have disappointed me.. Those walks we used to take after dinner, countless interesting chats at night.., the Maggi affair at night and all sorts of bitching sessions, whenever applicable :P then came our just ‘opposite’ sleeping schedule.. and my unjustified opposition to that… I thank you for being so patient with me, so caring and so loving!!!
