Bhai.. what should I write about Nikhil. He is a stud who has conquered everything which came in his way. Bahuton ko tumne ghayal kiya hai dost. I have troubled him a lot whenever I found any issue with my laptop. He has all the qualities in right amount which are required to be present in an IIM grad. All the best dost and be in touch.
IT comm. guy who I always look forward to for any small to big problem in my laptop and he solves it patiently. Really respect him for this. He is the synonym of patience. He would range from extremes of an IT nerd to a crazy party lover. Loves booze parties and treks. Extremely adventurous. Can solve ur IT issues way too quickly. Can curse IT committee along with the whole batch. :P Sleeps through 4 out of 5 classes in a day. But still when it comes to work, the seriousness hits back. The Stud _/\_ .... The Dude _/\_ .... The Mr. Cool _/\_ One person who has controlled lot many things in this campus. From IT to Pam, he keeps everything under control. Smiling face who is greatly patient for everything. Our first interaction - footsteps Ad Mad! 15 minutes of prep and we won the prize! He is a natural prankster, very hard to say that he has significant work experience and is not a fresher. :)
One of those people who knows where they want to be in life! Very mature and friendly. Good to have such people around from whom you can learn lots of things.
You would never imagine the seriousness with which this guy handles every single responsibility that he is given, if you judge him by his presence in class :) (knowing when to be in class is also an art). But genuinely a great friend, a sincere, ever-smiling cool-headed guy.
I have worked with him on a couple of projects and off course the IT Comm. Each time he has shown the spirit of being a great team member. And has very good convincing power.

It’s ice, it’s snow…no, it’s Nikhil! The coolest dude of the batch, the most helpful guy around and a super friend! With intelligence to match his abrasive disregard of the lecture/examination system, he is one guy who can converse on any topic under the sun. But that is not nearly his best quality. He is the only person in the batch, who hasn’t gotten into a fight with anyone in these two years, and it speaks volumes of the kind of person he is! A non-interfering, calm and composed person with an incisive taste in music, he makes it a point to fulfil his IT Comm responsibilities. I have relished the time spent with him…be it the hours of mindless bakar, his incessant banter about getting me drunk, IT Comm work, B-plans night outs and the party time of course! :) To one of the best people I know...Cheers!! :D
Nikhil-one of the best person you will find on campus. He is such a charming and cool guy, you would never realise that this guy carries 3 years of work-experience behind him. He is one of the most genuine guys I have met and he can be fun when we party and booze all night. This guy is a real genius when it comes to knowledge and this guy has a unique knack of cracking any interview he sits. Nikhil never gives a damn to the grades nor he complains about anything what goes on around us. He is one of the most content guys who loves to travel, sometimes for Self Discovery. He is an avid reader and has a beautiful playlist which goes on brilliantly with the smoothness of Jack Daniels. I came to know more about him during our IT committee days and then he became on of my best buddies.
Nikhil is purely an awesome guy to hangout with and he is one with whom you would love to talk to. I would like to thank Nikhil for the memorable birthday drink he gave to me and we celebrated in our king style. Yes this guy is way older than me (yes I take pride in saying this) but the problem is that he looks way younger than me. He can deceive his age so very well. Always been the guy to be looked around whenever there is any issues related to IT. A dedicated and way ahead of loads many when it comes to intelligence. This guy can be described as a beer which tastes good when its cool and he proves it so very correct. Man with a bindass attitude and without worries. This guy is a dude...One person whom I never believed that he had work experience by first impression...He is one of the smartest guys of our batch with a huge list of female fans and definitely has one of the coolest attitude a guy can have. I have never seen him give away his cool under any pressure from the batch due to his IT Comm duties.

He is definitely not one of those typical B-School people who love slogging day and night. On the contrary he is always on lookout for some fun so that he can stay at distance from his books. Due to his love for gizmos he keeps himself updated bout the latest gadgets. Time and again he can be seen with a new computer game or application. Responsible and dependable he (& Siddhartha Wagh) is (are) the most sought after IT Comm member by both the PC and PR for their VC related work, trekking enthusiast you can see him going for a very early morning trek with Pam. I just sometimes curse myself for not discovering you as a friend when we were neighbors @ 6th Floor, Orange County, Sus Road, Pune :(. And, perhaps I will always take that as learning for socializing :)
However, its better to be late than never. I must tell you that you are a fabulous person. Your personality speaks loads about your name. Though you have been the biggest social loafer in our group but your valuable and insightful speeches during presentations have helped us a lot.

Nikhil is a heart-throb for many girls in IIM Shillong - best known as Payal's crush :P
Nikhil was among the first few people whom i got to meet in IIM Shillong - he and Arjun Nair were charismatic people even in the first meeting we had in Guwahati Airport :) He's the right person to go to for any IT problems we face and he has more often than not solved them :) His association with PC and PR for many of those VC sessions will always be remembered - he was always there for us when we needed some help on the IT front :) He sleeps in most of the classes and it was funny to watch him and Harish sleep in class - Section-A memories :)

The first thing which comes to my mind when I think of Nikhil is “coolest dude”. He is one of the most jovial people around and is always seen smiling. I like him for his composure, have never seen him fighting with anyone or even shouting at anyone. He is the most chilled out person, though will appear as a laid back fella but when it comes to responsibilities, he is the man.
One of the few adventurous people of the batch, very intelligent and loves to booze; can talk on any random topic and his looks are deceptive too. Though he looks a kid, he is much more than that.
It was awesome knowing you and will always try to emulate you :-)
He is the coolest guy of our batch. Be it an interview or IT comm responsibilities, he handles them will great ease and never complains about it. Only he can handle an interview like 'Yahoo' after geting drunk. Only he can solve all your random computer crash/internet failure complains with such an ease. 'Humka Hau' party in his room in our A-wing will always be cherished. He and his favourite Cognizant cup for booze party were inseparable till the demise of the cup. Nikhil loves trekking and roaming around; he found a perfect partner in PAM. _/\_ only he could handle Pam with such an ease.
Charming is one word i would like to give for nikhil ... right from the moment we met at the airport till now he has always been jus charming... i still would like to believe he is a fresher .. 27 yrs ? no way nikhil .. impossible.. After the airport i was extremely happy tat we were both together in the same wing... A winger - his room was Pub 1 ... we had a lot of good memories from A wing... an extremely intelligent guy, he can stun u with the amount of knowledge he has on a wide variety of things... He is really composed and extremely mature ... i cant find anybody who can tolerate pam for such a long time and deal with his craziness.. sometimes i do pity u agarkar :) The go to man for any IT/laptop issues .. his dedication to IT comm is really amazing... I really cherish the memories nikhil thanks so much :) and remember u really owe me somethin fr introducing u to _____ :)

One of the first ppl I met at IIM S and became fast friends with. A cool charming guy with an ever-ready smile who wanted to do ‘finance’ in the beginning and ended up everything other than ‘phinance’ :P.
I did all the events of first year with him and actually learnt a lot from them!! He is the leader of IT Comm PGP10 .. And, I took up IT comm very much against his wishes but it has been a great journey (particularly the second year ;) :D).
I remember a time in first year when we both planned to do the same paper for a research task (Task-A) so that we could share the work :P.. Only to be caught by the prof within a week :P!! Hope v get to work together some other time. It’s been a pleasure knowing u :)!
Nikhil is a soft-spoken, fun-loving, dependable guy. He has the personality that will impress anyone in the very first meeting. The two months of internship was very memorable and that is when I knew how sincere this guy can be. He is a selectively sincere guy and chooses the things that he ll take seriously. His love for adventure is well-known and is a voracious traveller. He is a cool dude, an awesome company to hang-out with. Keep having fun, dude! Cheers! Stay in touch :)
