Nikksss.....this is what I fondly call her. My neighbour in both 1st and 2nd year, she is a Super-Woman! Be it acads or sports, she stands apart in everything. A true Gujarati, she can't complete her meal without a paapad. If many of you don't know about it, she too has the incomparable talent of cracking Pjs, real bad ones though. Her timings are so wrong that whatever she says it "Boomerangs" back to her own self :P We along with Neha, Kranti and Sreya had the best laughs in recent times that our facial muscles had actually started aching. On a serious note, a very very hardworking, sincere, goal-oriented Finance enthusiast who literally burns midnight oil before the exams. A typical tomboy who wants to grow her hair to look girly but doesn't like the "intermediate" stage ;) According to her, she has the worst fashion sense. Well, in that case staying in Mumbai might be of some help :) She actually blushes and turns deep red when leg-pulled with some guy's name. Unknowingly, she herself pulls her legs more than anyone else. Whatever it is, she is a gem of a person who I am sure will reach the peak of success very soon in her life. All the best dear!
Niks, my TT and fin teacher, a bindaas tom boyish gujju friend(chhokri), hyperactive sports person, very hardworking, studious, dedicated, sincere, outgoing, ambitious, passionate girl, all-rounder dynamite, can shout louder than guys and defeat them in any sport. You would always find her hopping and jumping around, cheering-up everyone. I really respect her the way she hides her emotions and then also keeps caring and helping everyone selflessly even if she has some important work. She is one person who can play and study endlessly without getting tired. Hats off to her! A perfect all rounder an institute can think for :D From academics(I am just waiting to see you with the Gold Medal, to sports, to extra curricular, she is active everywhere. Perfect I-Banker, I was actually on verge of making team with her for Nomura. Luckily she thought else :D TomBoy of the batch, dunno why loves this hairstyle of hers? “All Rounder” – Seems that the word was devised just for this girl! Be it in acads, sports or other extra-curricular activities… you can see her everywhere. Always cheerful and tries to light up the mood of everyone around her, to the extent that she could make statements that would boomerang back to her :P or sometimes cracking some really silly PJs. Very ambitious and hardworking gal, with a high amount of dedication to whatever she does. The perfect fit for an iBanker. She knows how to achieve what she wants :) Can be really caring, and a great mentor and advisor in times of trouble. Never says no to anyone or anything (especially TT :P If not for her, I wouldn’t have learnt TT). Very pure at heart, honest, and panics a lot for the slightest of things! Short hair, brilliant grades, best job.... none of these describe as much the girl who is a gem of a person and as a friend. She caught my attention first as one among the two coming from NIRMA university and thus ending up singing the Nirma jingle at the introduction session.

Whenever I see Niketa I am forced to look her as the Female Rajnikanth, in real world. Otherwise, how it is possible for someone to be such a Champion in everything that she does. There is hardly anything that she cannot excel at, from Sports to Studies ; from managing PR cell to B-School Competitions; defying all the limitations of being a Human. :) Please pardon me, Kosada but its a fact. Kosada has a gang of three and all three of them viz. Kranti, Vani and Kosada rock the show, together. Kaustubh and I refer to this elite gang of toppers as "Charlie Angels". Kosada is hyper-active at everything that she wants to. I have even seen her yelling at junior batch boys to bowl her Googlies and after batting for continous 3 overs she walked away saying that they need to improve upon their game. :) She is fond of the Gujju dishes which I regret for not having them in the mess menu. Yet the level of humbleness she possesses is unmatched and really surprised me when she came back after vacations and knocked at each door in our hostel and gave us all, Gujju dishes. Really a nice girl (Tomboy) who has great expectations from future and I know that she will fulfil them all. Best of luck Kosada. This girl can give a serious competition to all the rough and tough FIN guys in our batch. True to her dedicated she has always scored big to prove it right!! An out-an-out Tom Boy of our batch with very few attitude of a girl (but one who knows her will definitely believe that She might not have the attitude like that of a girl but she definitely has a feelings of a girl).She is caring and nervous like most of the girls. But yet she is confident. Delhi trip made me know her more than before. She truly deserved the achievements that are now claimed against her names now. Wish u a great success ahead. Niketa is one of the most sincere & dedicated persons one can hope to meet. She's serious about whichever endeavour she chooses to be a part of - be it studies, work or play, and gives her best in all. She's a topper in our batch which shows the kind of effort she puts in her academia as well as her discipline - and that's something all of us should learn from her. But she's certainly not 'all work & no play', for she easily remains the best sportsperson in our batch among the girls. Not only she defeats all the girls in TT, she defeats a number of guys too. She plays good cricket too. And her tomboyish nature means that she's really easy to be friends with as also converse with.
But then she also has a deeply emotional side, and that's something I found out during our RN days - though that side of her would rarely be visible given her smiling nature & her boundless energy for everything - be it work or her love to hang out with friends & travel. In fact her indefatigable nature would really surprise me at times, given the kind of lazy person that I am.
I'm sure this really nice & friendly Gujju gal, who claims she's a non-vegetarian despite us never getting to see her eat non-veg food even once during those 2 months at Chennai, will go places in her life and make us all proud to have had her as a batch-mate.

The indisputable sportswoman of the batch, I am sure she can give all the guys a run for their money when she’s batting. She’s been known to hit sixes with effortless ease and also being extremely vociferous while supporting her team in the Kopda Cup. She shrugs off all the jokes made on her sportingly, and always has a smile on her face. One of the most dedicated students in the classroom; she is known to take personal offence if a teacher thinks that no one has done the assigned pre reads. Extremely sincere towards her work, there is hardly a class where she is not giving her full attention. She makes notes in every class and I still haven’t been able to figure out why. She’s found her calling as an Investment Banker and I am sure she’s going to do a wonderful job. You are a gem of a person, and you’re destined for great things. Cheers!

She's very sincere in the work she does - she used to drive us to work most times. I still remember how she mentored me when i was taken in the PR Committee in place of Sria :) She was among the first few members of AFK. She gets along well with many people in the batch - very few girls have actually done that :D

Niketa- One person who is known to have read all cases for all classes. All the pre-reads were done. But I never agree to the fact that she is a nerd. You can find her near TT room always. Plays awesome TT, cricket. Is involved in whichever activity of college. Always seen smiling around. So the word is not nerd, the word should be perfectly balanced in life. I still remember the first time I saw her, grinning while singing Nirma jingle to the intro to the seniors. Since then I ve never seen a frown on her face. Stay the same. This is what your charm is. A witty girl who will never feel bad of her associations with 1, no 2, no 3, well wait – can’t count , boys :P. She is a real gem of a person. Always smiles when ever you try to pull her leg because of her extraordinary skills in dumb charades or her cheering up for her cricket team.
A hard-worker by nature, regular user of library, Oracle when you need to know syllabus, and a superb group member. She along with Vani helped the other social loafers (like me) of Group A to pass the innumerable courses by submitting the assignments and cases on time while we can enjoy our paid picnic @ Shillong.

So many words, yet so few to describe this one girl. She’s the tomboy of the batch and the pride of Group-A. The epitome of sincerity, she’s always present in all the classes, always prepared with the cases/assignments and has carried my group through these two years along with Vani. She’s a bundle of energy and you will often find her playing TT, badminton or cricket when all the studies are done! She is also someone who takes her values seriously and never compromises on them – often to the annoyance of her neighbours during exams :P.
She’ll often do or say weird/funny stuff giving you the chance to take her case; this especially makes Group-A meetings fun :P .. though she’ll always keep smiling throughout the leg pulling sessions. Be it work or play, this ‘I-banker to be’ is a truly remarkable person!

I get to know more about her in Exchequer and its then i got to know the not so sincere and not so studious side of her. SHe is fun to be with and is always ready for any masti. A gem of a person and an amazing friend to have.
One of the Top Contenders for Gold Medalist. Niketa is awesomely sincere, hard-working, disciplined, and dedicated participant who truly deserves a lot more what she has achieved till now. My fellow RN intern in ‘Corp Fin’, I still remember the level of frustrating talk we both used to have about the kind of work given to us. However, from then on I have got a lot more opportunities to interact with her.
It was really a pleasure working with her in the same team for Exchequer 11. She really puts in her 100% in anything that she is working on and doesn’t give up easily. I remember her facing difficult times in adjusting to our timings of work (read: dozing off while working :P ), but yet she never gave up.
People tease her or actually have an impression that she is only a kitab kida (book worm :P). But, NO, She is a complete all-rounder. Along with managing acads, she also plays a lot of sports including TT and cricket. She is also good at acting and I very well remember her monoacting skills during the talent nite in 1st year. She also loves riding bikes and Chennai was fun for her as she got to do all that and also visit a lot of places. She is also responsible towards her committee work and has proved to be a very good PR Comm member. :)

She is the perfect all-rounder. Topper of the class, great job, superb TT player and cricketer! But it is her approach towards life that makes her stand out. Most people with such a description would be strict disciplinarians with a no-nonsense attitude. But not Niketa! She does her work with vigour and ease and always has that trademark smile on her face! Niketa is among the most intelligent, hardworking people I have known. I have been her batchmate for the past six years and she has always excelled at everything she does. Apart from academics (which she topped even during engg), she is a great sportsperson, winning sports events not just at shillong, but even during our engg sports fest.
Niketa Kosada aka Hansa Rani, an allrounder who knows the meaning of study-play (future work-life) balance. A topper beside being a very good TT and Cricket player. Very sentimental and true to heart, speaks what she is feeling and don't keep things to herself. I still have to play a TT match with her. She is just too good there. And coming to PR, she is one dedicated person you can think of in a team. Always supportive to team activities! Soon she will be the next Chanda Kochhar, heading Nomura this time, where we will be waiting outside her office for an appointment :D

“All Rounder” – Seems that the word was devised just for this girl! Be it in acads, sports or other extra-curricular activities… you can see her everywhere. Always cheerful and tries to light up the mood of everyone around her, to the extent that she could make statements that would boomerang back to her :P or sometimes cracking some really silly PJs. Very ambitious and hardworking gal, with a high amount of dedication to whatever she does. The perfect fit for an iBanker. She knows how to achieve what she wants :) Can be really caring, and a great mentor and advisor in times of trouble. Never says no to anyone or anything (especially TT :P If not for her, I wouldn’t have learnt TT). Very pure at heart, honest, and panics a lot for the slightest of things! You gotta be more strong in this regard :)

Short hair, brilliant grades, best job.... none of these describe as much the girl who is a gem of a person and as a friend. She caught my attention first as one among the two coming from NIRMA university and thus ending up singing the Nirma jingle at the introduction session.

Niketa- 'The Topper'... the most hardworking, Investment banker of PGP 10. And its just not limited to this but she is an awesome cricketer and TT player also. If you think that is enough, you are wrong. She is also a master of 'B, C, D' grade movies having seen such weird movies which you would have never heard of before ;)

Niketa, a lady with as much sweet outside as inside. A hard-working group member, she is one of those who gets ready with all cases. U r a true champ dear. extremely dedicated in whatever she does, she would never settle for anything other than Rank 1. Extremely helpful and caring, one always need a toppers help right!! it's always been a pleasure interacting with her. I got to work with her on MF project, and she made sure I delivered my part on time. A rare breed of talent, I think IIM S is blessed to have people like her. she is an alrounder, and can carry studies, games and committee activities with equal elan. I have seen a leader in her, and I truly wish to see her leading a Fortune 500 in the future.

Whenever I see Niketa I am forced to look her as the Female Rajnikanth, in real world. Otherwise, how it is possible for someone to be such a Champion in everything that she does. There is hardly anything that she cannot excel at, from Sports to Studies ; from managing PR cell to B-School Competitions; defying all the limitations of being a Human. :) Please pardon me, Kosada but its a fact.
ReplyDeleteKosada has a gang of three and all three of them viz. Kranti, Vani and Kosada rock the show, together. Kaustubh and I refer to this elite gang of toppers as "Charlie Angels". Kosada is hyper-active at everything that she wants to. I have even seen her yelling at junior batch boys to bowl her Googlies and after batting for continous 3 overs she walked away saying that they need to improve upon their game. :) She is fond of the Gujju dishes which I regret for not having them in the mess menu. Yet the level of humbleness she possesses is unmatched and really surprised me when she came back after vacations and knocked at each door in our hostel and gave us all, Gujju dishes. Really a nice girl (Tomboy) who has great expectations from future and I know that she will fulfil them all.

This girl can give a serious competition to all the rough and tough FIN guys in our batch. True to her dedicated she has always scored big to prove it right!! An out-an-out Tom Boy of our batch with very few attitude of a girl (but one who knows her will definitely believe that She might not have the attitude like that of a girl but she definitely has a feelings of a girl).She is caring and nervous like most of the girls. But yet she is confident. Delhi trip made me know her more than before. She truly deserved the achievements that are now claimed against her names now. Wish u a great success ahead. ReplyDeleteNiketa is one of the most sincere & dedicated persons one can hope to meet. She's serious about whichever endeavour she chooses to be a part of - be it studies, work or play, and gives her best in all. She's a topper in our batch which shows the kind of effort she puts in her academia as well as her discipline - and that's something all of us should learn from her. But she's certainly not 'all work & no play', for she easily remains the best sportsperson in our batch among the girls. Not only she defeats all the girls in TT, she defeats a number of guys too. She plays good cricket too. And her tomboyish nature means that she's really easy to be friends with as also converse with.
ReplyDeleteBut then she also has a deeply emotional side, and that's something I found out during our RN days - though that side of her would rarely be visible given her smiling nature & her boundless energy for everything - be it work or her love to hang out with friends & travel. In fact her indefatigable nature would really surprise me at times, given the kind of lazy person that I am.
I'm sure this really nice & friendly Gujju gal, who claims she's a non-vegetarian despite us never getting to see her eat non-veg food even once during those 2 months at Chennai, will go places in her life and make us all proud to have had her as a batch-mate.
One of the coolest girl of our college…. Always topper, be it acads, TT, cricket or finance competitions…. Niketa is also very capable cracking PJs ..not poor jokes but pathetic jokes :P and the timing of those jokes is just wow :P.. ReplyDeleteShe shrugs off all the jokes made on her sportingly, and always has a smile on her face. One of the most dedicated students in the classroom; she is known to take personal offence if a teacher thinks that no one has done the assigned pre reads. Extremely sincere towards her work, there is hardly a class where she is not giving her full attention. She makes notes in every class and I still haven’t been able to figure out why.
She’s found her calling as an Investment Banker and I am sure she’s going to do a wonderful job.

Niketa is too dedicated in what ever she does(i hoped i was even 1% of what she is) and even listens to all the most boring classes also with full attention.I think she is the only one in the batch who has read all cases for all the classes.Super awesome sportswoman who hits sixes effortlessly and TT mein toh jawab nai.

I still remember how she mentored me when i was taken in the PR Committee in place of Sria :) She was among the first few members of AFK. She gets along well with many people in the batch - very few girls have actually done that :D
A very proud girl she is - she likes to be the best and has always managed to be so. Giving Sria a run for her money in acads - only Niketa can do that _/\_

Niketa- One person who is known to have read all cases for all classes. All the pre-reads were done. But I never agree to the fact that she is a nerd. You can find her near TT room always. Plays awesome TT, cricket. Is involved in whichever activity of college. Always seen smiling around.

ReplyDeleteA witty girl who will never feel bad of her associations with 1, no 2, no 3, well wait – can’t count , boys :P. She is a real gem of a person. Always smiles when ever you try to pull her leg because of her extraordinary skills in dumb charades or her cheering up for her cricket team.
A hard-worker by nature, regular user of library, Oracle when you need to know syllabus, and a superb group member. She along with Vani helped the other social loafers (like me) of Group A to pass the innumerable courses by submitting the assignments and cases on time while we can enjoy our paid picnic @ Shillong.

ReplyDeleteSo many words, yet so few to describe this one girl. She’s the tomboy of the batch and the pride of Group-A. The epitome of sincerity, she’s always present in all the classes, always prepared with the cases/assignments and has carried my group through these two years along with Vani. She’s a bundle of energy and you will often find her playing TT, badminton or cricket when all the studies are done! She is also someone who takes her values seriously and never compromises on them – often to the annoyance of her neighbours during exams :P.
She’ll often do or say weird/funny stuff giving you the chance to take her case; this especially makes Group-A meetings fun :P .. though she’ll always keep smiling throughout the leg pulling sessions. Be it work or play, this ‘I-banker to be’ is a truly remarkable person!

One of the Top Contenders for Gold Medalist. Niketa is awesomely sincere, hard-working, disciplined, and dedicated participant who truly deserves a lot more what she has achieved till now. My fellow RN intern in ‘Corp Fin’, I still remember the level of frustrating talk we both used to have about the kind of work given to us. However, from then on I have got a lot more opportunities to interact with her.
ReplyDeleteIt was really a pleasure working with her in the same team for Exchequer 11. She really puts in her 100% in anything that she is working on and doesn’t give up easily. I remember her facing difficult times in adjusting to our timings of work (read: dozing off while working :P ), but yet she never gave up.
People tease her or actually have an impression that she is only a kitab kida (book worm :P). But, NO, She is a complete all-rounder. Along with managing acads, she also plays a lot of sports including TT and cricket. She is also good at acting and I very well remember her monoacting skills during the talent nite in 1st year. She also loves riding bikes and Chennai was fun for her as she got to do all that and also visit a lot of places. She is also responsible towards her committee work and has proved to be a very good PR Comm member. :)

She is the perfect all-rounder. Topper of the class, great job, superb TT player and cricketer! But it is her approach towards life that makes her stand out. Most people with such a description would be strict disciplinarians with a no-nonsense attitude. But not Niketa! She does her work with vigour and ease and always has that trademark smile on her face!

Niketa is among the most intelligent, hardworking people I have known. I have been her batchmate for the past six years and she has always excelled at everything she does. Apart from academics (which she topped even during engg), she is a great sportsperson, winning sports events not just at shillong, but even during our engg sports fest.

Niketa Kosada aka Hansa Rani, an allrounder who knows the meaning of study-play (future work-life) balance. A topper beside being a very good TT and Cricket player.
