The badminton star.. The math whiz…a designer par excellence... he is a true all-rounder.. A master of all trades. This guy's grasping power and witty remarks have always awed me.. A real good friend with whom I have shared a lot of moments in these two years… be it the PB trips, the nit long teaching session in his room before finance exams, the various projects that we did together, and the competitions... he is always der to help u out... i am sure you'll go great places... have an awesome future :) :) and i know u will excel wherever u are :) :)
Reddy!! the youngest member of my study grp and my favourite one too.. such a badi show off(even though it may be well deserved) but a sweet hearted guy...u were my first math guru in IIM S..so many great memories of our meetings.. ill miss going out for our grp dinners..good luck for all your future endeavours :)
Awesome sports person, though doesnt seems much from his physic. Master at Quants. Something I share with him is Off-the-bed look. A great Poker Player.
Yashwanth is a guy whom I really admire and like for a multitude of reasons- he takes my case (he will pull your leg with an absolute straight face) but supports me when someone else is pulling my leg, he is one of the most creative people I know (a brilliant designer), he is an amazing badminton player and shares a common love for good food! But in spite of being all this, and in addition to having an aptitude for QT, numbers and finance; he is one of the most humble and down to earth guys I have met. Smart, confident and frank; he is fun to be around. Thank you for the designing lessons and badminton matches early morning! I am sure you will do very well in life, here’s wishing you all the very best!
‘Reddy gaaru’, as I address him, is the badminton star of our batch, the quant guru, designer and much more. In the very first few weeks here, he started taking QT sessions for others and that s when I noticed him :) He is one the best shuttle badminton players I have seen play. A food lover and the go-to guy for food, when you are really hungry late in the night; for two reasons: he has food always and he seldom sleeps at night :) He is a star at poker, or so I heard (You still have to teach me dude) [:)]
All the very best for your future dude! I am sure you are gonna rock :) Be in touch!
Worst Fellow ........ Kya be terko itna bhi nahi attaa... strongest man in batch with agile body to handle Shuttle-COCKs from all direction :P No but seriously a helpful guy and always been there to cheer up :) Yaar kuch khane ko hai kya :) Tu free hai to iski designing sikha de pls... :) Poker khelne leke jana.... !!!!!
Reddyy.. mandee..phodrhuu.. so many names for this awesome guy! A superb designer! :) An awesome sportsman! A good friend! this guy is very balanced and knows how to carry things in work related issues. Has a good professional bent of mind for work. He is one person who knows how to give respect and for this trait of his he commands a lot of respect. A true Hyderabadi and recently I got to know that he is "Don" of one whole region of the city where people are afraid of him! Wears his trademark jacket which is claimed to be worth 18k or so by many! :D One of those fin guys who is in Marketing club :D Stay as you are dude and life will be a smooth walk for you! Stay blessed..keep in touch! :)
Yashwanth was my first year wingie and a very awesome guy. His sense of humour is so persistent, he never fails to come up with a few jokes.
I do not know about his contributions to Markathon or IT Committe, but from that fact that he is very intelligent, I will deduce that they must be substantial.
There were certain factors like me ‘wanting to make north Indian friends this time’ that made my number of contacts with him pretty small, but I should say that he could have been a really close friend.
Yashwant, my fellow Marketing Club member and a dear friend. Many girls are jealous of the physic of our badminton Champ. He is a great designer(though i feel he has very less aesthetic sense :-p) and a complete brand boy, very good in QT and his trademark dialogue is "Abe Chu*@# hai kya be". Yashwant is a great person by heart and always helped me whenever required. His room is always full of food so whenever u r hungry, I am sure he’ll be the one who can help u out. It was cool being with you even though I had to take some to ur bullying(Read as.. U tried a lot but u were at the receiving end :-p) Keep rocking dude and I am sure you’ll achieve great heights in life. Stay in touch.
A very good friend and a fellow Group M Member. I will always cherish the awesome time we had during group work. His flair for QT and sports is amazing. What a powerhouse of energy, hope you shift to Chennai da, the govt. would stop the power cuts. I still remember one of the trips where you wished the Van would stop so that you could (in your own words) “climb ting, ting, ting and reach the top”. Monkey Boy!!!. He has an awesome taste in everything.. Be it food clothes or designing. You will do well anywhere da and yes!! pls listen to pappaji on the weight thing.. :P
Best Friend and Badminton Guru. One of the first in the batch to tolerate me for more than an hour at a time. Since the first day we talked, I have been amazed at your willingness to work and to work harder than anyone else you know. It’s a wonder how a person can be equally good at both math and designing! IT Comm and Markathon would both be incomplete without you.
I would wax eloquent about how you seem to literally dance and fly on the badminton court but then I also remember you being a nimble monkey on all the trips we took, so I will abstain :) You’ve taught me to download stuff and to joke a bit in Telugu and to recognize straight faced jokes just a moment before they are uttered. But more than that, you have taught me to believe in myself simply through your faith in me. For that, I will always be thankful. I am sure that someday I will make a trip to Nellore for a certain factory’s grand opening and then brag to the guests I knew about it years ago!
Youngest and the most lively member of Group M..Very talented, awesome designer who gave life to our innumerable presentations and also to Markathon. He is fond of numbers and is very good at it.
It was a wonderful experience working with him for IIM A Exchequer and see d guy never get tired with work. Badi Champ,i just wonder how with such a slimline body he never gets tired...still trying to figure out what is the secret of his energy..Boost or something else :P
He is a total chicken freak and I hardly see him eating anything else in our group treats. He is generally very calm and composed and at the same people from everywhere keeps him busy on gtalk also :P
Hey buddy wish you all the luck for a bright career :)
Reddy was among the first few friends that i had made in IIM Shillong :) I liked him from the moment we met each other - i remember how i used to tease him in the initial few weeks saying "Don't get angry ra reddy" :D He's a friend with whom i have always felt comfortable talking to :)
It was a failure on my part that we hardly used to speak later on in the first year - something happened where our talks drastically declined. I was happy that we both stayed close to each other in the second year - this helped our friendship get to where it deserves :)
Reddy is a very talented person - probably the best logical brain in our batch. The way he teaches other people is a proof to this. His aptitude for QT and Statistics is amazing. He's a very good sportsperson too - probably amongst the best badminton players that IIM Shillong would ever see, he can play very good table tennis and cricket as well :) He's an absolute monkey when we go on trips, he climbs every damn rock and you would find him on top of every possible rock :D
Another aspect of Reddy is his extraordinary computer skills - the best photoshop designer we have in our batch. I remember the numerous times when he has saved me with his designs which were made in less than 20 mins :) Markathon will not be the same without his designing skills.
Reddy's talents won't be complete if i don't mention girls :D He can befriend any girl in just a few days - something which i have never ever managed to do in life :) He's very popular amongst girls as he plays most sports effortlessly and he somehow charms them with his talks :D
Wish you get to lead your life as you wish and i'm sure i will be in touch with you forever :)
Yashwanth... a very talented and hardworking individual. His contribution in all group assignments especially finance has been remarkable. His jokes and pranks really make our group study sessions lively.Great at designing ppts...A guy who never shirks any responsibility given to him.
I am sure he will achieve tremendous success owing to his intelligence and perseverance.
Yashwanth... the best badminton player and good at cricket and TT... an awesome designer... i was always a fan of Group M's ppts just for the way they were designed and i was sure it was u who designed them... always has chicken but still manages size-zero... i think u can giv ramya some tips on that... had fun and learnt a lot in the qt, fin and accounts sessions...
enjoyed a lot in playing all d games... badminton, rummy, scrabble... keep winning in Poker... i dont think i ll be able to play Poker with real money due to my risk averse profile... i still remember in d initial days there was a discussion on computers, IT and stuff and i was surprised to know that u had done ECE... always thought u had done CSE or IT... a very very hard working fellow...ur heart is full of kindness and helpful nature... i wish we could hav interacted more in d 2nd year... wishing u d best in life :)
I’ve always managed to qualify for the semis or the finals of a badminton tournament only to end up losing to this guy. Agility is his middle name, he loves flying around the court while playing badminton and also throwing himself around when he’s playing cricket. A great friend, he’s been my partner in teaming up to poke fun at a lot of people, especially during our journeys to Hyderabad. As part of the Markathon design team, the kind of work he’s put into the magazine has always amazed me and I’m glad we got to work together for the club. He’s multi-talented but very modest about all his skills. Wishing you the very best for the future Cheers!
Yashwanth is a child prodigy who is champion sportsperson on one hand and extremely intelligent on the other, he solves mathematical problems with the same ease as jumping and hitting a smash...his innovative side is side is well documented in every edition of Markathon and at times he has designed presentations for the group in less than 5-10 mins.
He loves to eat out and when he is around you need not worry as he would have tasted every dish on the menu of most restaurants and would order the perfect meal...I cannot thank him enough for conducting the two season of RannBhoomi...may you achieve everything you want...stay in touch
He’s one highly energetic guy (just don’t go by his looks ;)) really good at sports… and just excellent at badminton… so flexible he is in that court!! Very adventurous and fun-loving… the ease with which he treks on all the rocks is just brilliant! Very intelligent and he’s got great logical and analytical skills… Very caring, helpful, and he’s always seen cheerful with these sweet and cute witty comments that he has to pass! And he can be really talkative sometimes. Once he starts chatting about a particular thing or making fun of someone… that’s it! there’s no end to it… It’s really difficult to win an argument with him… The touch of his wit makes all our discussions very interesting and enjoyable! :) We all have had lots of fun together… and the child like fights (not literally – but the exchange of a few words esp. in telugu) between him and Sawan are real fun to watch :P I’ll definitely miss all of these…. He loves designing; Very creative and innovative in his ideas; he is bound to achieve a lot in life!! Wish you all the luck in the world and may you get all that you deserve Yashwanth! Keep smiling and stay in touch :)
I came to know Yashwant somewhat during mostly Second years while playing Poker... The first thing I noticed him in College was his confidence and command over english... Rarely too active- he prefers shadows over attention in lectures... Highly confident in himself, gr8 sense of humour n can crack jokes on situations, it was gr8 knowing him and playing wid d guy...
Reddy - Agile, witty, chivalrous are the characters that come to my mind when I think of him. He is an exceptional Baddy player and he is very good at other sports too. I admire his command over numbers. A very logical and sensible guy. Another person who can talk his heart out straight. Highly confident person and very good at heart. Can pull any ones leg with ease. He is a master at it. Smart guy and has a nice sense of humor. no wonder why girls go behind him. All the best for your future da!!!!!
First time I met Yashwanth was during the registration. We were the last few left. I was so happy on seeing him coz I would not be the last in attendance order. :D:D. It was an instant connect and we hit off really well. And the fact that we were in the same wing also helped things :). Am really happy we re a part of a large GROUP DYNAMICS.
He was the silent, soft spoken, unassuming guy whom I thought was a nerdy geek. But he was anything but that. He can take up anyone’s case with such a straight face that it takes a while for the person to realize that it is his case which is being taken up. Yash is one of the genuine al-rounders. THE best in badminton, awesome cricketer and an excellent TT player. I have enjoyed playing with and against him in shuttle and he is one person who can stretch me beyond my limits :D:D.
This guy is a bundle of energy and can climb anything with ease and at will. He is one person who encourages me a lot and I still remember the ONE ping that he forced me to do so much :D:D. His energy is infectious and can spread to us too. The ease which he attracts gals is one which amazes me. He would give harish and Paul a run for their money :P. We ve had numerous study sessions in his room, PB trips together in search of good chicken, treats and amazing treks and the delicious food that his mom sends him. It was great to have been your classmate ra and I m sure it ll extend to our professional lives too :) Keep rocking.
